Spirit Bomb Yo-Yo Trick Instructional Video demonstrated by Luke Renner. Note: this video uses a non-breakaway mount. The breakaway is the standard throw for the trick. If you're learning tricks for a sports ladder contest practice the breakaway toss to start the trick the other steps are the same. The forward pass throw used in this demonstration gives extra momentum and spin time for completing the trick. The audio is intentionally left out on this video.
Yo-Yo used in the demo is a Yoyofactory Speed Dial. Footage shot in Northwest New Mexico on 8/28/10 by Filmmakers George Thomas and Thomas LaRue. Trick details: Spirit Bomb is a yo-yo trick originated by Jeff Longoria. Trick name originates from the game Dragon Ball Z. This is the biggest juggling festival I've ever been to in my life and it was a blast. This video includes the best jugglers that I talked to and had the opportunity to record with. A few years ago i filmed this basic Table Juggling tutorial.
The original idea was to push other jugglers to practice and film more advanced tricks inspired in using surfaces instead of air (more objects, longer periods, passing, bounce or roll...) I think the possibilities are amazing!
If you want to watch really complex table juggling there is a chapter in Social Siteswaps DVD by Gandini Juggling called Tables in Madrid that i filmed with my friend Daniel Shultz where we pass some period 10 tricks and some huge amount of objects and hard siteswaps.

This is the longest run I've ever had with the 7 ball cascade up to now. If anyone has tips how to improve the juggling technique or sth else, please comment. Because of the catching speed feels a bit too fast and tiring for me at the moment.
