Fishtail transfers are when you go straight from forwards fishtail to backwards (or vice versa). These are a good way of getting your fishies nice and tight. Also once you have these you can do 360 Fishtails cos you just keep turning the same way.

This was the first move i learnt, it bruised my shoulder for about 2 weeks learning it but it gave me a good understanding of how a staff behaves on my back. Do a neck roll fairly horizontally and when you can see the staff coming round in the corner of your eye, lean to the left and bring your right shoulder up and catch under your arm with your right hand. After you've got this move try a 1/4 steve.

Stalling fishtails is a nice way to go into other moves and can be the saving grace when you cock them up. If the staff starts sliding off your hand go into a stall and strike some cheesy pose (everybody loves cheese) and then just carry on. Throws are quite nice from stalls but you can also go into a halo roll or many varients thereof

This is my favorite new move at the moment. Do the first half of a full matrix and you will find the staff wants to go behind your neck if you don't lean into the second half straight away. Let it go behind you and lean to the left to get it back in front of you (an extra spin on the back can help line up the centre point) and then do the second half of the matrix.

Na workshopy a přednášky jsou vybíráni jedni z nejatraktivnějších lektorů v daných žonglérských oborech. Jednotlivé lekce jsou tvořeny tak, aby účastníci rychle a efektivně pochopili přednášený předmět lekce. /nPřednášky a workshopy jsou určeny spíše pro pokročilejší žongléry, kteří se chtějí dále rozvíjet v žonglérském umění, ale pro začátečníky budou velmi poučné a hodně si z nich odnesou.

We are two girls from Finland and we're here to bring you new flavor to your hoop dance! The idea is to show different level tricks in many angles. We won't be talking, because a.) we don't like tutorials with a lot of babbling ourselves, so we decided to do something different and b.) we would sound like idiots! ;)
