This is just a bunch of clips thrown together of my CJing. My isolations need alot of work. This is only after like 6 days of CJing. I contact juggled a long time ago but hadnt done it in over 5 years until now.

These can be done forwards and backwards. They arn't true elbow fishtails because there is only one beat of a fishtail at a time with other beats put in to get positioning. If anyone manages complete continuous elbow fishtails please let me know and i'll stick a vid up cos they are DAMN hard. The tricky bit of this move is getting your elbow across 180 fast enough to catch the fishtail but not so fast the staff flys off your elbow. (See also Reverse Elbow Fishtails)

We are two girls from Finland and we're here to bring you new flavor to your hoop dance! The idea is to show different level tricks in many angles. We won't be talking, because a.) we don't like tutorials with a lot of babbling ourselves, so we decided to do something different and b.) we would sound like idiots! ;)

We had one goal, which was to meet our friend Chris who was working in Portugal. The only problem was we didn't have any money to travel. So we hatch a plan to road trip it and busk to make money along the way - we started our journey in London and travelled through France, Spain and into Portugal.
