One of my favorite passing patterns, 4.5p 2.5p 3.5p, named "Holy Grail" by Will and Rhonda, with fourhanded siteswap 975.
I passed this pattern in longer rounds with balls and rings, but I think the best club rounds was passing it with Caspar this winter in Pass Out X.
I added the Prechacthis site so you can see how to start, and what the single jugglers are doing in every beat.

Some of the tricks I worked on or wanted to work on in the last months. It was cold outside (the sunny day was the coldest) and I had freezing hands. Therefore I was comfortable with short and messy runs.

I use my feet as my 3rd and 4th hand :) I´ve tried to think of a 3 and 4 handed siteswap notation but I don´t have much result.../nIf you guys are interested in a tutorial, I may make one for the ija tutorial contest this year!/n(Also: the trick at 1:00 I call ´feeding with yourself´)

conceptually, it's the same trick, except I hold the string with different hands. unwrapping stick passes inside of the string instead of outside, etc etc.
With the ever classy "throw at the camera" at the end.

New Mexico Pump Jack Yo-Yo Trick is a repeating combination of Shoot the Moon and Over the Falls. The yo-yo used in the demonstration by Luke Renner is a fixed metal axle Duncan Wheel. Special thanks to Bill who performed a variation of this trick along with many others during late night string slinging at the 2011 National Yo-Yo Contest. wow, for such a quick trick this is really hard and doesn't even look that good. sure is fun when you land it though. right wrap->left unwrap->push on string with right hand, stick in front of string, let go of sticks->catch string of the sticks in their original hands, and you're in crackers position.

Hope you enjoy the video. Also, please spare me the "unicycle" suggestion comments or "you should have done a 3 ball cascade" while riding no-handed comments. If you don't know anything about triathlons, then those comments are very naive, because you have no idea what a race like this entails. I spent 10 months training, researching, and fine tuning what works. Until you actually get out there and see what "works" then try to understand that what looks good on paper, doesn't always translate into good practice. Enjoy! -Joe

That’s my new 3 ball juggling video. After watching the footage the first time I noticed that I had too much stuff for a normal video. Because of that I decided to separate it in 5 chapters. I think that the structure makes it more watchable.
Chapter 1: body placements
Chapter 2: combinations and miscellaneous
Chapter 3: fork and back of the hand
Chapter 4: boxes and Co.
Chapter 5: bodythrows and bodycatches
Don’t except too much of the bodythrow/catch stuff. Recently I didn't work much on bodythrows/catches. Therefore the focus is more on the other chapters.
