This is filmed at Lake Monger, facing towards Perth's CBD. The music is Roads by Portishead.
It focuses on the orbits in various juggling patterns. Every juggling pattern is a combination of one or more orbits. Each colour in a pattern corresponds to a different orbit. An orbit is simply a path that a single ball follows. For example if you follow a red ball in a particular pattern, you will see it repeats through a set path. All the red balls in the pattern follow this same path; all the green balls follow their own different path and all the blue balls follow a third separate path.
One technical note: 97531 actually consists of 5 orbits - 91 clockwise, 91 anticlockwise, 73 clockwise, 73 anticlockwise and 5. I combined the two 91 orbits and the two 73 orbits to blue and green because it simply looks much better this way.

La compagnie Tilos vous propose son spectacle "Une paire pour deux", un duo dédié au passing avec seulement une paire de baguettes et un diabolo. Le choix d'un matériel minimal est une contrainte particulière qui mène vers des ressorts techniques originaux, et pousse le passing dans une voie encore peu explorée.
The Tilos Company presents the show "A pair for two", a duet based on diabolo passing with only one pair of sticks and one diabolo.
The choice to make a whole act with such a few number of juggling props is a really intersting constraint that leads to an original technical research and brings the diabolo passing in a way no mutch developped.

This is a nice Cigar Box video we filmed in december 2008. It's meant to show what we are currently working on.
It's not "place-the-tripod-and-juggle-as-if-the-w orld-is-coming-to-end", instead we tried take the technical aspect of juggling into account, but focus more on the aspect of aesthetics (and toilets) and the underlying music.
I hope we were successful and you enjoy this video as much as we enjoyed doing it.

Home movie footage of Rob Murray practising in a garden. In his later years, Murray was known for his laid-back style of comedy juggling, so it is interesting to see him working on more technical tricks here, including 6 & 7 balls. Music is "Ultrafox" by Django Reinhart, tacked on purely because it was the right era, and the right length. Much thanks to Topper and LP for helping to bring this clip to light. My first experiment with juggling related video editing. I filmed some half hour worth of footage on a nice summer day and tried my best to edit it down to a well-synched, fast cut, short, effectpacked music/juggling video.
