That’s my new 3 ball juggling video. After watching the footage the first time I noticed that I had too much stuff for a normal video. Because of that I decided to separate it in 5 chapters. I think that the structure makes it more watchable.
Chapter 1: body placements
Chapter 2: combinations and miscellaneous
Chapter 3: fork and back of the hand
Chapter 4: boxes and Co.
Chapter 5: bodythrows and bodycatches
Don’t except too much of the bodythrow/catch stuff. Recently I didn't work much on bodythrows/catches. Therefore the focus is more on the other chapters.

christian kloc and robert mosher III winning the duo bounce ball passing and then trying to get the world record.....they needed 68 catches to qualify it and get the world record....im not very good at counting it but it looked like they got roughly 47 or 48 at the 2008 International Juggling Association festival

This is a tutorial someone requested I make. It is also one of my entries into the International Jugglers' Association Tutorial Competition.
This tutorial is designed to help you learn 5 ball mills mess step by step, catch by catch. If you find the constant pauses annoying, you can simply skip to the slow motion parts and learn the trick that way. Either way is useful!

Throw Joy is 53 minutes of sledgehammer hitting ice-cream cake. The result of 561 days spent making 6 clubs tricks, strapping cameras to trees, and filling 8 juggling notebooks with questionable ideas. The video not only includes the most hardcore juggling Wes has ever done with balls, clubs, and rings but keyboards, chairs, tripods, paintings, and wine bottles are also recklessly thrown skyward. I said a while ago that it's much easier to juggle with all throws and catches under the legs when you're sitting down.
Well, I got my video camera out and taped myself doing some sweet moves.
It's easy to do the simple patterns, but integrating cool 3 ball tricks
makes it look really good--and makes it really difficult.
