This video was and still is one of my prouder accomplishments, mostly because it was released during a time when videos were downloaded and not streamed. They were also fewer and far between, and I think this is truly one of the first juggling music videos, in which the lyrics of the song were used to inspire content. At the time it was released, I won a lot of praise on rec.juggling and despite tons of videos released since then, people still send me e-mails requesting a link to this video. And honestly, I think "Heart of a Champion" will always feel like personal theme music to me. Enjoy and thanks to the wonderful community of jugglers, without whom it wouldn't be worth putting in all the effort to share something like this. ~Michael

Texas Juggling Society Jugglefest 18! I had such an amazing time meeting all these wonderful people! Austin is a beautiful town and the people are all so full of energy. Thanks to everyone who made this festival happen and made it fantastic!

In 2004 Jonathan Jolly released a DVD called Completing the Circle, a documentary about the UK juggling scene filmed over 6 months in 2003. It's a wonderful snapshot of the UK juggling scene at the time, with great footage from various conventions and interviews with many of the jugglers who were on the scene during this period. Jonathan has now decided to make this lost project freely available to the juggling community. Click the link above to read some of Jonathan's thoughts on the project.

I was visiting my girlfriend and got asked to do a show at Marymount High School. I had limited props but had a good time. These kids had never seen a real juggler before. Strangely, the headmaster interrupted my performance to tell my how wonderful I was...you see her enter the court towards the end.

We went to Paris from 21.05 to 23.05 in 2009 to perfom our program "Welcome to the Movies" in our partner school. This short clip shows scenes in front of the Eiffel Tower, Grande Arche and at the school. As you can see the whole group enjoyed the wonderful three days.

My Stage Club routine in 2010, the Fist time I ever did a club routine without throwing a prop. Now I throw it more often but it was a wonderful basis for exploring manipulation in performance. it was also a cool challenge to move slower and present the shapes artistically. Ori Roth and company asked to put together a little something for the Israel Juggling Convention, so I threw this together with the wonderful assistance of my lovely wife and Choji-kun at school. Seeing as I'm going to the British Juggling Convention right before Israel, and given that I'm teaching similar workshops at both gatherings, I thought I would kill two birds with one stone. Note: I'll be teaching a similar set at Barullo in Mexico in June! Banzai!

I finally got around to learning how to use the new iMovie interface (ugh). I used some footage that Dom Bouchard and I shot during his wonderful visit for diabolo training in October. Workshops galore on the way!!!
