This was my first and last attempt at BYJOTY being 21 at the next one so it had to be done. I wasn't ready due to a car accident so should have been much better but at lest i can say ive done it = D

I've put together a video of a bunch of different club passing patterns. All jugglers are graduates of Messiah College (I still go there). Credit goes to John Chase for teaching the rest of us these patterns and being, by far, the best juggler in the group. We found it useful for the manipulator (who was the feeder for 1 and 2) to say 3 during the carry, for continuity. All the jugglers are re-labeled and the new feeder starts counting the 3 passes. Panto gets it's name from the pass from A to B on beat 1, the club is quite close to the back of the manipulators head (He's behind you!).

Practice session for this summer's World Kendama Championships. 2 attempts per trick (I don't yet know if that will be the format in the actual event though). And I forgot to practice the Speed List too.

Svetlana Skladana, juggling with the Moscow Circus in Finland 1981. She is introduced as "the dancing juggler". staff; 4 & 5 clubs (shower); 5 & 7 rings; 4 rings with walkovers From this clip, you might think (as I did) that she only showers clubs, but there is another clip of Svetlana on YouTube (link above) which shows she is very competent with standard 4 & 5 club patterns.

This is a very badly done example of Orinoco Flow, based solely on the description by Jon Relf ( the inventor of the trick )on www.twjc.com. A few people wanted to be able to see how it is done so I thought I would post my sketchy attempt to give the idea.

http://www.nielsduinker.com - This is a chapter of Niels Duinker's "Performance Highlights and Learn to Juggle DVD"./nLearn this cool juggling trick. Niels Duinker teaches you the half shower. The half shower is a variation on the cascade (the basic juggling pattern). In the half shower one hand does over the top throws while the other hand throws normally. It is a beginners tricks and a fun one to learn.

The matrix. It's hard. That's why everyone loves it. You can do the matirx in 2 ways, starting on the neck like I do or starting on the shoulder like meg does here. To distinguish the difference I call this version a full matrix because it goes fully around your body and not just under both arms. I personally prefer the full matrix (well I would wouldn't I) because I think it looks nicer but it's all a matter of oppinion. The secret to getting a matrix is to really lean. It takes a while to get and takes even longer (a lot longer) to get it solid. As with everything practice, practice, practice.
