this is my new video recorded between Oviedo (mostly), Zaragoza and Pescara during the Christmas holidays...what i want to show in this video is "the ideas" behind rather then the tricks itself (the tune in the song that the girl can't remove from her head)...anyway i wish you like it....enjoy

I posted this in support of the Contact Juggling community. I haven't made a pure contact video in a while and I thought it was necessary. Fushigi and its ridiculous marketing/business tactics have taken a lot away from the contact juggling community recently. Things like respect, respect for the fact that we spend years on this stuff. I personally have lots of hard work, study, creativity (i like to think so), and sometimes pain (see, hard work) into this activity. I know many others have too, and I don't like seeing my friend upset over this attempted re-branding and simplification of our art/whatever./nSo I just wanted to say I am not going to admit defeat to this B.S. I'm still going to progress and do what I like and so should everyone else. Water on Mars is a compilation sequence by jugglers Tony Pezzo, Patrik Elmnert, and Wes Peden. The video presents routines, patterns, and tricks the 3 have been developing for the past 3 years. The project was motivated by good tricks, good angles, and the possibilities for prop transitions when you have extremely competent assistants. A couple of weeks ago I filmed Ewan juggling three stage balls at the
Durham Juggling Convention. Using my editing software I then tracked each
ball individually to highlight the movement of the balls and the patterns
they make.
The results were very interesting. Check them out.
I'd love to hear you comments on this video and any suggestions on how i
can develop the idea in the future. I am planning to film more
interesting patterns with more objects but i thought three would be enough
for now. I'll also film it using more light so i can film at 1/200 or
1/500 exposure instead of 1/100 so the balls don't blur. Any way, I hope you enjoyed it.

My first trip to WJD Osaka. It was held over 2 days and had an attendance of over 700 people in total. Some truly amazing things went down, hopefully this will give you an idea of what it was like. You may have noticed Nick Laffey in there as well, he happened to be in Japan this week so it was perfect timing. Anyone coming to Japan give me a shout and I'll help you out with interpreting or getting you around to the various juggling clubs in Tokyo/Yokohama. Honestly even if you don't know Japanese it's no problem, juggling is the best communication.
