Resistance to balance two poi contact at the same time ???. when you discover what it really is hard to practice every day, you realize that everything is also more logical if you study.
for my hard work and the difficulty of the technique says a lot.
Shaolin kung fu has given me physical strength and mentally, also taught me a lot, so you end up never learn and that's the part that I like more because when you go harder everything becomes.

Yes indeed! I splurged and got myself a pill kendama recently, and after the first hour going "what the hell do i do with this thing besides spacewalks and earth turns?" i started to discover things, and then I stepped out in my awesome lookin tie and beneath the high tension power lines, I recorded THIS. Enjoy!

Hey everyone.Been working pretty hard to keep up with juggling now I'm back to university. This video covers most of the styles of juggling I currently work on. Credit goes to Lewis for coming up with the insane 771 variations!/nAlso, the current plan is to make David leahy 7 by spring; I have even started filming it! I also hope to be making some pretty big videos in the summer with some shreddies so look forward to that!

I was training in Stockholm in the now, during the summer abandoned circus hall. I decided to film one day and this is the result. It's basically just technique I am working on lately./nAnd there's a bonus material of the most un-clean 7 club flash in the history of juggling! :)
Unfortunately I didn't get any cleaner one on tape that day so I can't say that I'm any better! :)/nMusic: Brand new hate, cover by Peter Åberg.

Probably the first video of the pattern now known as the Scrambled V - we hadn't told anyone else about this discovery yet.
This video was shot just 10m from the group photo taken at a convention in 2007 and 2008.
Filmed on a hot Saturday in August (2004-08-07, 13:52) in a gym in Hilden, Germany.

This is surprisingly effective when done well, it can really look like your leg has dissapeared! Unfortunately it's very angle sensetive, it only really works when viewed from the front.
Incase you can't work it out from the video, here's how you do it.
Hold the hat by the brim, with the opening resting against the top of your thigh, move it down until it covers your foot and hides it from view. As you raise the hat again, bend your leg at the knee. Et voila! Your leg has vanished!
Lower the hat again, straightening your leg as you do so. Ooh look! Your leg has re-appeared!
Top tips: Only raise the hat as far as your knee, and keep your foot hidden behind your thigh. A few minutes practice infront of a mirror and you'll soon get the hang of it.
Bonus points: Make both legs dissapear, at the same time...

Studio footage filmed by Andrew Gomez in Northwest New Mexico 12/30/09 and footage filmed by Steve Renner 1/3/10. Yo-yo topic covered in this instructional video is the different types of primary yo-yo shapes. The three covered are traditional, slimline/midline/Russell and butterfly yo-yos. Includes the a possible origin of the butterfly yo-yo. This is the second of a two part series. This is a collection of video I shot over the years as I developed a routine around the tennis ball and can./nHere's my recollection of the history of 3 tennis balls and a tennis can: On easter of 1989 I was bored and picked up a can of tennis balls thinking, "I can probably throw all of the balls out of the can and then go into a 4 pattern that includes the can." I quickly discovered some of the centrifugal properties of the can and began developing a routine at the Celebration Barn with people like Fritz Grobe and Steven Ragatz helping to critique my idea. At the same time in another part of the world, Scott Slesnick had discovered the same prop, but was doing different things with it. Neither of us knew of the other for years, but when we met at an IJA convention in Vegas one year, we pieced together the rumors we had heard of each other and decided that we had both come up with it independently and had been spreading it around the world over the years.
