Panto, juggled by Graham, Joanne, Danny and Ed. Part of the Aidan Burns Project to juggle all 27 of his variations to the Scrambled V. Notation: __1__2__3 A: ps ps ps ->B B: ps ss ps ->C C: ss ps ss -> A M: sC iA cB -> M The feeder is "A", the juggler to the feeder's left is "B" and the juggler to the feeder's right is "C". The feeder counts "1 2 3" to make it easier to keep track of where we are in the pattern. On beats 1 and 3, A (the feeder) and B exchange a pass. On beat 2, A and C exchange a pass. On 3, juggler B catches the carried pass and walks on four count (rotating the positions anti-clockwise). 1. "sC": The manipulator substitutes a self from C to C. This takes place while the juggler is walking on four count. 2. "iA": The manipulator (M) intercepts a the pass from C to A. The juggler who was A is the new manipulator, and reads from the manipulator line. The old manipulator, reads A's line. 3. "cB": The manipulator carries a club to B. We found it useful for the manipulator (who was the feeder for 1 and 2) to say 3 during the carry, for continuity. All the jugglers are re-labeled and the new feeder starts counting the 3 passes. Panto gets it's name from the pass from A to B on beat 1, the club is quite close to the back of the manipulators head (He's behind you!).

Unicycle interview. Two riders on one uni... not quite a tandem!

The extraordinarily talented Fu Xiuyu from the Changchun Acrobatic Troupe, at the 12th Monte Carlo Circus Festival (1987), kicking multiple bowls up to her head while on a giraffe unicycle ... on a rolling globe! Astonishingly the act did not win either a gold or silver clown, but the Changchun troupe, which presented this act and a highwire act, won "Monaco City Prize" and "Monte Carlo TV Station Prize".

She is introduced as "the dancing juggler". staff; 4 & 5 clubs (shower); 5 & 7 rings; 4 rings with walkovers From this clip, you might think (as I did) that she only showers clubs, but there is another clip of Svetlana on YouTube (link above) which shows she is very competent with standard 4 & 5 club patterns.

Zdeněk Polach (now performing as Zee Deneck) at 14th Cirque de Demain in 1991. He won a sliver medal./nAs far as I am aware, this act is unique in the world. If anyone knows another performer who juggles cylinders or sticks in this way, please comment below.

What's this?! A new juggling music video!? YES INDEED! I've been OBSESSED with Kendama this past year, and as such I've come up with tons of great stuff to do with it, not everything is included in the video, because some of it is stupid, silly, and boting, but all the good stuff including my awesome passing tricks with Adam Kapilow are here for your enjoyment! April in Tokyo (and Kamakura). Thanks to all my friends, old and new, for making this another fun trip for me. The quest continues.

The matrix. It's hard. That's why everyone loves it. You can do the matirx in 2 ways, starting on the neck like I do or starting on the shoulder like meg does here. To distinguish the difference I call this version a full matrix because it goes fully around your body and not just under both arms. I personally prefer the full matrix (well I would wouldn't I) because I think it looks nicer but it's all a matter of oppinion. The secret to getting a matrix is to really lean. It takes a while to get and takes even longer (a lot longer) to get it solid. As with everything practice, practice, practice.

it was to rainy for devilsticks, so i worked on some stuff with balls and clubs nothing super technical but some interesting tricks i´ve been working on the last few weeks./nhope you enjoy it

3 Ball juggling and devilstick video I did to the song Suit & Tie by Justin Timberlake. I played around with a few different editing things to give it an old school feel. Routine/flow starts around 55 seconds or so. Check out my smoothness until once again I have a silly drop. A new pattern created using Aidan notation. The manipulators in this pattern are dependent, as clubs are taken by one manipulator and replaced by the other. 4 count static Y base, with B at the back of the Y, D in the middle of the Y, A on the left of the Y (from the point of view of D and B) and C on the right. Aiden notation for the pattern: A ps|ss|ps|ss|ps|ss B ps|ss|ps|ss|ps|ss C ps|ss|ps|ss|ps|ss D ps|ss|ps|ss|ps|ss M1 cD|--|sA|iA|cA|-- M2 sC|iC|cD|iD|cB|iB Starting: M1 starts back to back with D facing B M2 stands in front of C facing C We start with a ps and then the manipulators begin on ss. The manipulators start on the last instruction at ss as it is written above (M1 --, M2 iB) When M1 reaches the end of the instructions, M1 becomes M2 (having reached the physical location of M2 at the start of the M2 instructions). Similarly M2 becomes M1

Hi All this is just a another little video of my self juggling sticks. Filmed in Dundee, Scotland and then on to London and then to Lusaka, Zambia. Cheers for watching and I hope you all enjoy. Peter.

As you can see in the vid the right leg works very much like the left arm in a conveyorbelt. When you get the staff onto the foot you need to turn into the staff so you end up in backwards fishtails. Once your into the fishtails you really need to turn your whole body each half beat to get it smooth (no easy task when your balancing on one leg and trying not to make jerky movements with the other).
