Grip: - Pull the 2nd and 4th ring to the side.
- If the rings are too wide, grap the bottom ring and
shake the rings so they fall in the right position
-Hold the bottom ring loosely./nThrow/Catch: - Make a pre-swing.
- Throw the rings in a straight line.
- Catch the first 2 rings while they are still
high in the air

Originally invented by Mushy Pea Steve this move was refered to as "that move Steve does" and became known simply as The Steve. Hold your arm out in front of you with the staff a little above your head. Spin the staff towards you so it will roll down your arm and release it just before the staff is pointing straight in front of you. As the staff rolls down your arm straighten your arm a little to allow a smoother roll and raise your arm up. When it gets to your shoulder raise that shoulder and drop the other so it keeps rolling. As it comes onto your second arm raise that arm with the staff to give it the momentum to get back to your hand.

"The Hop" - Part 4 of the Pascal's Triangle (Green Triangle Yo-Yo Sequence). This is a fun move to "hop" into a Green Triangle mount. Yo-Yos used in the demonstration by Luke Renner are the Yomega Glide from the Yomega Em Elite Metals Series. Special Thanks to Yomega in Massachusetts! Music courtesy of Stuart and the Juice Tigers. Some credits for stuff here. Marko helped with some yoyo-related stuff. Tommi helped to make easier get out for the first 2d trick. The beginning of the long body combo is from William G. Then part of the long combo is from Antonin H. What else? hmmm. that migtht be it. the Eiffel in triangle idea is from Jem, different mount and get out but the image is from him. Comment, if I missed something.

This video contains my latest ideas including some little experimentation with choreography and clubs. This time, I'm not mentioning any inspirations (although I obviously have inspirations in my style) due to the fact that I decided to exclusively include original ideas (except for the 5BBB). I hope you don't laugh at my clubs because they look small and noobish haha, it's 'cause I bought them when I first started juggling and I don't have other clubs D:
Music: The music used in the video is from the glitch hop duo KOAN Sound. I'd like to thank them a ton for giving me the permission to use their music in the video, especially to their manager Tom Riley who was cool enough not to ignore my request.
