in practice I decided to have a quick go at 9 rings on a chair, after my first attempt was a messy flash my 3rd attempt was a beautiful way to easy very clean 11 catches whilst sitting down! :)

Breakaway Yo-Yo Trick. The yo-yo used in the demonstration by Luke Renner is a responsive Duncan Dragonfly. Filmed January and February 2013 in Northwest New Mexico. Cinematography by Izzi. Cool scenes and slings around and about Crater Lake National Park (featuring a cameo from Mt. I was training in Stockholm in the now, during the summer abandoned circus hall. I decided to film one day and this is the result. It's basically just technique I am working on lately./nAnd there's a bonus material of the most un-clean 7 club flash in the history of juggling! :)
Unfortunately I didn't get any cleaner one on tape that day so I can't say that I'm any better! :)/nMusic: Brand new hate, cover by Peter Åberg.

A game branded as Gyro Ring in the past, here is a fabulously addicting prop composed of five brass washers (beads) strung onto a stainless steel ring.
To activate this prop you spin the brass beads and turn the larger ring to keep them going in perpetual activity. The ring can then be manipulated in various ways to perform a large range of tricks! This is a improv set slowed to 1/2x.
These rings were popular in Japan and New Zealand circa 1995-1997 but remained widely unknown to much of the rest of the world. A small selection of high quality rings are available online at my website SlingTrue.org
