The extraordinarily talented Fu Xiuyu from the Changchun Acrobatic Troupe, at the 12th Monte Carlo Circus Festival (1987), kicking multiple bowls up to her head while on a giraffe unicycle ... on a rolling globe!
Astonishingly the act did not win either a gold or silver clown, but the Changchun troupe, which presented this act and a highwire act, won "Monaco City Prize" and "Monte Carlo TV Station Prize".

I'm studying in Japan and luckily I'm staying in the same city as Hirota. Since we can easily meet and our juggling styles fit each other we decided to make this video. He is a huge inspiration to me since I started juggling, so meeting him and recording this video was an honour to me.

I didn't play ukulele before so it's kind of impro chords in this one... ;)

Svetlana Skladana, juggling with the Moscow Circus in Finland 1981. She is introduced as "the dancing juggler".

From this clip, you might think (as I did) that she only showers clubs, but there is another clip of Svetlana on YouTube (link above) which shows she is very competent with standard 4 & 5 club patterns.

I filmed this during my vacation to croatia this week. Because I didn't have a lot of time to film and it because it was really hot I decided to film a little story 4, because it only required one location. You won't see any new stuff in this video, but you will see some hard combo stuff, mainly with 3.
However I have come up with lots of ideas since limits and probably will make a new proper video soon ;).

It includes the throwing of axes, machetes and other sharp implements as well as knives./nTwo Tornados Irene and Rolf Stey are members of an old Swiss circus family who did a knife act between 1965 and 1985 and made various television appearances, including a performance at the International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo. They are one of only two acts other than Elizabeth and Collins to have done the simultaneous combination of throwing from a tightrope and the wheel of death.
