Spirit Bomb Yo-Yo Trick Instructional Video demonstrated by Luke Renner. Note: this video uses a non-breakaway mount. The breakaway is the standard throw for the trick. If you're learning tricks for a sports ladder contest practice the breakaway toss to start the trick the other steps are the same. The forward pass throw used in this demonstration gives extra momentum and spin time for completing the trick. The audio is intentionally left out on this video.
Yo-Yo used in the demo is a Yoyofactory Speed Dial. Footage shot in Northwest New Mexico on 8/28/10 by Filmmakers George Thomas and Thomas LaRue. Trick details: Spirit Bomb is a yo-yo trick originated by Jeff Longoria. Trick name originates from the game Dragon Ball Z. An short yo-yo video made back in 2006, for an online competition. It used the (as-then) new aNy Miroc yo-yo, one of the first production models to use what are now known as hubstacks. The video got first place and has since been cited as the inspiration for Yoyofactory's adoption of hubstacks on their own models.

I’m a 4th generation circus arts performer.I started juggling at age 12, my very first performance was in 2007,at age 14.
Improvements in the past few years:
I always consider my main goal to show something new, unique and special to the audience when I perform my act. I always try to improve, to get better in what I do. In the past few years, I improved my contemporary dancing skills, and learned a new style dance: dubstep. I also learned how to get better with the 7 balls, I learned to juggle 9 and 10 balls, and my main goal now is to be able to juggle with 11 balls as well.
Festivals attended:
- 1st Hungarian Circusfestival (2012 January-February), Hungarian State Circus.
- Les Feux De La Rampe Circus Festival (2012 october 10-15)
- Muscat Festival, (Oman, 2013 december)
