Hi!
As I get better and better at this trick I decided to make a quick video with the few first variations I'm doing and some practice tips.
I hope that this will inspire some people to start practicing it, as I only know of very few who can do it.
I included a list of people that I know of below, if you know more feel free to msg me or comment on the video.
Also, if you have ideas for other variations then I would love to hear those!

Grip: - Pull the 2nd and 4th ring to the side.
- If the rings are too wide, grap the bottom ring and
shake the rings so they fall in the right position
-Hold the bottom ring loosely./nThrow/Catch: - Make a pre-swing.
- Throw the rings in a straight line.
- Catch the first 2 rings while they are still
high in the air

Pop N' Fresh - Luke Renner. Yo-Yo used in the demo is the N12 Shark by MagicYoYo. The trick was created by Gary Longoria. This trick is a repeater based on the Mondial Hop. Music used in the video is from the public domain and features: Intro music by Richard Strauss followed by two pieces by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov: "Flight of the Bumble Bee" from the 1940's Green Hornet Movie Serial and the Russian Easter Festival Overture, Op. 36 performed by Czech National Symphony Orchestra. The Mondial Hop yo-yo transition move demonstrated by Luke Renner. Yo-Yo used in the demonstration is the Duncan Mondial along with the MagicYoYo N6 and T5. The Mondial Hop is used in Pop N Fresh. The Mondial yo-yo was originally created by Harry Bair and has around 50 string gap settings. Video features an onscreen cameo by Jacob Renner along with Izzi's audio cameo. Filmed and edited in Northwest New Mexico New Year's Eve 2012. Cinematography by Izzi. Music "A Shot in the Dark" by El Patapsco.

Viewpoints is a video experiment for a future project I'm starting to work on.
The idea is to play around with the camera position and the playback speed while trying to utilise the music track to enhance the visuals.
This video is just a rough experiment. It's not filmed in a nice location, I'm wearing my day to day clothes and everything was filmed without having any clear idea of how it would be used.

Mystery Wrist Mount Trick - N12 MagicYoYo Shark Tutorial. About the trick... It came out in the late 90's early 2000. Alex Berenguel may be the creator of the trick. This trick has been a difficult one to have a 100% identification on the name. Thanks to Shannon Jackson and the Yossarian for their help in trying to identify the originator and name (about 95% sure on the answer). Special thanks to MagicYoYo in Shenzhen!
