Its been a cold winter here in sydney....Introducing my first video. Made while sick " WAKING UP" is bit of a mash up of my first weeks filming.

Zak has been teaching himself the Devil Sticks and is getting pretty good even though he's still at junior school. He's learned all these tricks by the ripe old age of 10 after owning a set for 3 years, practising occasionally! He doesn't think he's good enough to put on juggling .tv yet, so your feedback would be appreciated.

This is my BYJOTY juggling act for 2016, which was my final year of entering since I'm currently 20 years old. This routine won me the title of the British Young Juggler of the Year and the silver award of the competition./nI met some great people who also entered the competition with amazing acts, who you should also check out: Luke Davies, Max Hodgkinson, Lucy Cobb, Adam Church and Nathaniel!/nThanks to Marc Cabry and Josh Turner for filming this for me! I've been in grad school for 18 months now and it's been a difficult trip. Certainly more time consuming than undergrad but after the first semester I managed to find time to balance life out a bit more, resume volunteer work and circus training. The tricks in this video were mostly filmed over Thanksgiving and Christmas break and almost entirely involve backcrosses with clubs mainly because that's what I'm most excited about sharing at the moment. My knees gave me some problems several years ago and it's made me too paranoid about re-injuring them to do 360 tricks on an un-waxed floor. It's not any loss to the viewer as I haven't learned any new spin tricks in a long time. This is not to say I don't give them the effort, just that I haven't improved on them for a while. There are 360 tricks I could do in high school that I can't do much better these days despite the 6 years of practice that have passed. There are no balls in the video because I couldn't find a way to film them clearly and there is not

Filmed in November 2016 when we didn't have to rehearse the passing routine for Camvention any more and enjoyed our freedom :)

We took the last opportunity to finish our "project world record" today, before Cameron is returning to England on Thursday after staying in Göttingen for two months.

Finally got a new prop, and I got it exactly 1 week before filming, and that week was E3 week. All the gamers out there can figure out how much practice I had that week...but yea, I upgraded to new sticks, string, and length 2 days before filming, so it took a while for me to get used to it, even now it feels weird./nBut yea, the 2nd song was a light fun hearted song (for most of it), so that's why I wasn't too serious about editing, it just seemed to fit well having extended clips. I like it.
