We are two girls from Finland and we're here to bring you new flavor to your hoop dance! The idea is to show different level tricks in many angles. We won't be talking, because a.) we don't like tutorials with a lot of babbling ourselves, so we decided to do something different and b.) we would sound like idiots! ;)

Apps on apps - First i used an app to record the trails then I used an app to automagically edit a video together. I used "Luminancer" for the Trails, and "Magisto" for the edit. While its not perfect, It was crazy to fast to put it all together.

These can be done forwards and backwards. They arn't true elbow fishtails because there is only one beat of a fishtail at a time with other beats put in to get positioning. If anyone manages complete continuous elbow fishtails please let me know and i'll stick a vid up cos they are DAMN hard. The tricky bit of this move is getting your elbow across 180 fast enough to catch the fishtail but not so fast the staff flys off your elbow. (See also Elbow Fishtails)

I like this move because people don't normally expect you to go back up the same arm you came down. As the staff is on your neck let it do an extra spin on your back and lean to your left and back so it comes round in front of you. Then lean to the right so it throat wraps back to your left shoulder and hold your arm out and swing it backwards so the staff rolls back up your arm.

I learnt these trying to get the matrix. The way you lean and shift your body is very similar to how you would for a matrix but easier. I go in from a horizontal pivot because it gets the staff nicly in plane. Once the staff is on your neck lean away from the staff and let it spin around the back of your neck. Then do the same in the other direction to get it back round the front. Useing your shoulders to push the staff round can help.

Learning to spin Rope and Tray at the 2013 Portland Juggling and Vaudeville Extravaganza (sept 27-29 2013). I was testing Bri's teaching skills by being a total novice and providing novice feedback to assist with future instruction. It was a great time full of juggling and learning and friends. Un enfermement volontaire pour libérer les désirs
Loïc Faure s'enferme pour inventer un nouveau chemin vers la liberté. Enchaîné à sa cage, il grimpe, jongle, s’obstine et déborde d’énergie. Épris de défis, il cultive sa passion en l'assaisonnant d'embûches. Avec Hom(m), il faudra entrer dans la cage-matrice pour s'adonner au désir irrépressible de jongler. Et comment s'y prendre quand les mains sont entravées ? En persistant, quitte à jouer de la tête, des oreilles, des pieds.
