Hello me and my friend(Onni)were thinkin, should we make a video with only our best 2D tricks, i was like, well there aren't so many but what the heck what does it matter, but this video is not only 2D but in the beginning there is only one 1D trick, ill give you a hint: its a vertax trick which my friend can do but i cant get the hang of it! This came about through me and Tim messing about with antispin contact ideas and trying to work out how to antispin a fishtail. We came up with the antispin fishtail fountain and realised it could be done without antispin (obviously). Surprisingly the antispin version is easier as it doesn't try to fly off your hand as much. Starting in reverse do 1 beat behind you then go straight into a 180 fishtail carry downwards and in a straight line. Because it's antispin you need to move pretty fast in straight lines. When you get to the other side move your hand straight up and then straight across. This needs to be done in 1 beat. Try going through this holding the staff to your hand before fishtailing it to get used to feeling the path of spin.

Another tutorial for the IJA Tutorial contest 2011. A pretty easy trick once you learn it, and one that I was able to teach someone to do reliably within the space of an hour and a half. One of my favorite and most crowd pleasing diabolo tricks.

I'm studying in Japan and luckily I'm staying in the same city as Hirota. Since we can easily meet and our juggling styles fit each other we decided to make this video. He is a huge inspiration to me since I started juggling, so meeting him and recording this video was an honour to me.
