When I train with mirrors, sometimes I check myself for how does it look like, searching for mistakes (errors) etc...
So I decided to use this idea of looking into mirror as an improvisation exercise and I played more with the idea of consciously comunicating with "my other self" in the mirror as it was a living being. What are you searching for when you look in the mirror?

The variation of 522 Mills Mess where the 5 is thrown from the uncrossed position. Notice how it's just a reverse cascade thrown high enough that you can cross and uncross your arms after each throw.

First is a clip of Mills Mess with fake shower inserts. But it turns out that if you do flipped fake shower (where instead of throwing under the arm and catching uncrossed, you throw uncrossed and catch under the arm), then you can insert this fake shower in a different place. I borrowed a term from skateboarding and called this other insertion a frontside fake shower.

MiniEd - 4-person, extra-walking, period-6 MinuEd variation /nBase pattern: rotating PPSPPS feed, with C walking on 2 and A walking on 4; walking always on a left hand, clockwise
Manipulation sequence as MinuEd without the zip-zip part; crossing pop helps to avoid clubbed heads/nNotation in video, underlining indicates walking/nPro tip: Pass to A on beat 1 should be aimed at M's head/n(This took us quite a few festivals to put together. Ed Clark's "Minued", performed by Aidee Castro, Rhonda Murray, and Will Murray of Long Beach. The Minued is a pass-pass-self takeout pattern with a basic cycle of 9 beats. Each person takes a turn as the manipulator and then the pattern repeats in a mirror image, so one full cycle takes 54 beats. This video is just under two full cycles. It was shot at the Passing Zone Clubhouse in Huntington Beach, California on April 2, 2015.

MinuEd is a pass-pass-self base pattern, with some one beat manipulations, which makes it more difficult than standard notation patterns where every manipulation is given two beats. It is juggled in the Rhonda manipulation style http://juggling.tv/15646. First round of the pattern ever recorded (http://juggling.tv/15002) was in the iconic Rhonda styling, so it has set the default style for MinuEd

Hey, here is our new video includ Arthur, Victor, Adrien and me. We filmed it during 5 days in Le Havre just before Christmas !
The "mirror systeme" was supposed to do differents ways of filming but that's finally only for fun :P Sorry that's really long :/
