A good place to start before moving onto the steve. Do a neck roll and as the staff comes around onto your shoulder, drop that shoulder and let the staff roll onto your arm. Raise your arm with the staff (when the staff gets onto your arm it should be just below shoulder height, when the staff finnishes in your hand it should be just above head height) so that it rolls up it and into your hand.

A short guide to how to clean and look after your Stainless Steel ball bearing from a Yo-Yo.
You will need:
Ball bearing Yo-Yo
Lighter fluid
YoYoJam Lube (thin or thick)
Tweezers
Glass Jar
Pliers/bearing removal tool
Cloth/Tissue
Ceramic bearings should not be cleaned in the way described in the video.

Please note that steps in this guide can be dangerous and that following instructions from this video are taken at your own risk. Children should enrol the help of a responsible adult. Lighter fluid is highly flammable, gives off dangerous fumes and should be disposed of carefully as it is bad for the environment.
If not followed correctly this tutorial can result in breaking the bearing or Yo-Yo.

"Brent stole my trick" said Alex at the US National Yo-Yo Contest. Since then then it has been shortened to just Brent Stole. The trick is a fast Green Triangle Laceration. Ori Roth and company asked to put together a little something for the Israel Juggling Convention, so I threw this together with the wonderful assistance of my lovely wife and Choji-kun at school. Seeing as I'm going to the British Juggling Convention right before Israel, and given that I'm teaching similar workshops at both gatherings, I thought I would kill two birds with one stone. Note: I'll be teaching a similar set at Barullo in Mexico in June! Banzai!
