This year I studied in Japan for 8 months and visited many cities while meeting jugglers everywhere I could. I took videos of many jugglers that I became friends with and many of them are part of the most famous Japanese jugglers. I made this video so that I could have some memories to look back and because I also wanted to show you how Japan is full of beasts. The names and social media of all jugglers are written below in case you want to check out their stuff (names are written on the YouTube video description because it doesn't fit here). Thank you so much to everyone who participated in the video and to everyone who enhanced my experience in Japan!

This is my first submission for the 2011 IJA Video Tutorial Contest. Most jugglers think that poi spinners are smelly freaks who go to the desert to listen to trance music, but hopefully after watching this you will also see that those of us who choose to can create some quite difficult and technical tricks. /nIf you like my video please vote for it at www.juggle.org between April 1st and 4th. If you haven't seen Part 1 yet, I recomend you to watch it first.
I am really proud of this part :). This time I took my time to film the tricks smoother and I also thought of what I could do with editing the video, so that there are no black screens at all. This time the story is also without any break, you can see the whole one. I don't know if there will be a Part 3 yet, I will think of it.

This form of staff juggling now seems to be commonly called "fei-cha".
It comes from the traditional Chinese acrobatic repertoire, and in chinese acrobatics books and videos that I have seen it is translated as "trident manipulation".
The trident has loose elements at the head, which make the jangling sound - it's often a very noisy act.
This spinner is Mohamed Badr El Nouby from the Cairo Circus School.

the twelfth annual diabolo.ca collaboration video celebrating the thirteenth anniversary of the D.ca forum./ndiabolo jugglers from many different countries are here sharing their tricks with all of us. Now it is time to celebrate even that this video is published way late and unfortunately doesn't have all the clips that were sent for the 2017 collaboration project in the first place. I was training in Stockholm in the now, during the summer abandoned circus hall. I decided to film one day and this is the result. It's basically just technique I am working on lately./nAnd there's a bonus material of the most un-clean 7 club flash in the history of juggling! :)

This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. For weeks after that I was sore and tired fo
