Note: I am not a trampolinist! Do not expect awesome stuff... i played on trampoline for 1-2 hours per week, for about 4 months before making this video.

I finally got around to learning how to use the new iMovie interface (ugh). I used some footage that Dom Bouchard and I shot during his wonderful visit for diabolo training in October. Workshops galore on the way!!!

This move is lots easier to do if you turn with the staff to slow down the spin. That said you will still probably hit yourself in the face learning it. When you are raising your arms back up to roll the staff down th inside of your arm, try to be as controlled as possible because that is the most likly place you will hurt yourself. Mind you if you already do staff another couple of knocks won't make any difference.

This was the first move i learnt, it bruised my shoulder for about 2 weeks learning it but it gave me a good understanding of how a staff behaves on my back. Do a neck roll fairly horizontally and when you can see the staff coming round in the corner of your eye, lean to the left and bring your right shoulder up and catch under your arm with your right hand. After you've got this move try a 1/4 steve.

Learning to spin Rope and Tray at the 2013 Portland Juggling and Vaudeville Extravaganza (sept 27-29 2013). I was testing Bri's teaching skills by being a total novice and providing novice feedback to assist with future instruction. It was a great time full of juggling and learning and friends. Plastic Whip Yo-Yo Trick - Luke Renner. The trick is demonstrated using the MagicYoYo K5. This is the basic trick have fun discovering new binds after learning the basics. I'm Toddington from the UK. I started up Diabolo 9 months ago when I started travelling Sri Lanka and India. The internet was terrible so I've been learning from books until now.
