A little doublestaff compilation from a training session early this year.
I'm not quite sure how to describe this style. Some people just call it old school spinning. I'd like to coin it power spinning if i may.... sounds like a fitness fad though..
Shot in the training room of Cirque du Soleil's Zaia show, which was at the Venetian Macau before sadly shutting down in March this year.

i wasn't going to make another video but then I saw that BeeJay did the same trick as I did. As such, this is my 3rd and last video for the IJA Youtube Tutorial contest 2011. I had a slow Sunday and decide to record myself juggling and spinning around my college, Irvine Valley College. I wanted to film around my school showing off some of the sculptures at the school. I am using my Red 90mm acrylic ball and some sock Poi./nI know that the editing is crappy and not that great and I do apologize for it. It was the best I was able to do with the footage I got. I promise to make any further videos better./nThe Music is by Kevin MacLeod and the song is Movement Proposition.

Das, was sonst immer herausgeschnitten wird.
Drops sind ein wichtiger Teil des kognitiven Lernprozesses, indem sie unkorrekte Bewegungen aufdecken und dem Jongleur die Ursache des Fehlers verdeutlichen. Somit sind Drops maßgeblich an der lernstrategischen Erarbeitung neuer Tricks beteiligt und bei jedem Training unerlässlich.
Drops machen aus dem Jonglieren erst das was es ist, nämlich die schönste Kunst, die es gibt. :)

Et Ludit is a working process that applies the mathematics of juggling to kinetic structures and sculptures. From structures and machines like the Marble Machine, the Goldberg Machine, the Pendulum Waves and the Rolling Ball Sculpture, Alba González, Martín Castaño and Toni Liébana will investigate different patterns of movement and beautiful visual compositions in order to create an interactive installation. The work, combined with theatre-circus performances, will promote the exchange of information and knowledge between the artists and the attending public.
Et Ludit is a proposal that encourages participation and seeks to involve the viewer in the project —the viewer is expected to activate those structures, try and recreate its movement patterns—.
