An excellent 6 ball practice for me. I got the first 6 ball run on my first attempt. My last run is now my current record, at 120ish catches. /nOther notable tricks include 864, kick-up from 5 to 6, and a 5 ball shower multiplex start into a high-mid-lo shower.

Performance at the flow show, special stage EJC 2016:
Starting a dream, enjoying the moment and enable the flow. This is the aim of the show which explores the combination of toss juggling tricks and rolling tricks. The focus is on performing space filling contemporary ball tricks while minimising movements and thereby highlighting the space which is created by the paths of the manipulated balls.

Spirit Bomb Yo-Yo Trick Instructional Video demonstrated by Luke Renner. Note: this video uses a non-breakaway mount. The breakaway is the standard throw for the trick. If you're learning tricks for a sports ladder contest practice the breakaway toss to start the trick the other steps are the same. The forward pass throw used in this demonstration gives extra momentum and spin time for completing the trick. The audio is intentionally left out on this video.
Yo-Yo used in the demo is a Yoyofactory Speed Dial. Footage shot in Northwest New Mexico on 8/28/10 by Filmmakers George Thomas and Thomas LaRue. Trick details: Spirit Bomb is a yo-yo trick originated by Jeff Longoria. Trick name originates from the game Dragon Ball Z. I came up with this theme after I realized that me and my audience like 2 different types of things, most of the time anyway (of course there are exceptions). I like small number, smooth and flowy stuff, not necessarily easy, but stuff I can do with 95% confidence. My audience, from what I gathered in public practices and youtube comments, they like the stuff I can sometimes do on a good day. Originally this was going to be a my favorites and best videos. Here's the 5-ball siteswap 10 5 5 5 5 0 (a55550) done two different ways. First the 10 is a high throw, and the 0 is demonstrated with an open palm, and then the 10 is tossed to a kickup and back into the pattern.
