This is the first of the "Cate Emily" videos. I give the title Cate Emily to videos that I feel make a statement about me. In other words something more serious than a quick practice video. I actually never even called myself "Cate Emily" until I made this video, but it started to stick, so I went with it...
The title is true by the way, I went off my medication (anti-depressants actually, but Ritalin is more catchy) and made this video in a four day burst of caffeine/ADD fueled burst of mania. Bet you didn't know that, huh?

Alex and I do a sequence where the 3 green clubs are isolated in 4 different patterns.
Start off with 7-club 3-count with the passes green.
Then do 8677867 with the passes as green.
Then 978 versus 972 with double passes as green.
Then 551 popcorn (a2a67) versus 5 count popcorn with trelfs as green.
Then back to 7 club 3-count.
As they are all ground state, the first 2 switches just work, and doing:
966|7867867 for the first
7867867|978972 for the second
preserves the colours.
For the third, to keep the colours we did three transition throws:
978972|867|a66a7a6267
For the fourth transition, to keep the colours we did:
a66a7a6267a66a7|b6266|966

This video is the result of me exploring body throws with clubs for over a year. It includes the best club tricks I’ve come up with since my last club video, and most tricks include shoulder, arm and leg rolls. I’ve been exploring these concepts because I feel like they haven’t been explored enough and I highly recommend you to try them out! As a bonus, I also show the 5-ball wimpy pattern. So far as I know, I am the first person ever to do this trick, and with any luck will also be the last.

After dropping stuff for years in the US, I took my juggling overseas, but alas. Gravity proved to be equally challenging all over the world. At least I found some beautiful backgrounds. I even cascaded (clubs) in front of a cascade (waterfall)!

I find this trick funny, because it is almost like the 6 ball shower entry and exit, 789a...b1...a1918171 but it chickens out at the 9s and flees back to the fountain.
