A few years ago i filmed this basic Table Juggling tutorial.
The original idea was to push other jugglers to practice and film more advanced tricks inspired in using surfaces instead of air (more objects, longer periods, passing, bounce or roll...) I think the possibilities are amazing!
If you want to watch really complex table juggling there is a chapter in Social Siteswaps DVD by Gandini Juggling called Tables in Madrid that i filmed with my friend Daniel Shultz where we pass some period 10 tricks and some huge amount of objects and hard siteswaps.

The result of 561 days spent making 6 clubs tricks, strapping cameras to trees, and filling 8 juggling notebooks with questionable ideas. The video not only includes the most hardcore juggling Wes has ever done with balls, clubs, and rings but keyboards, chairs, tripods, paintings, and wine bottles are also recklessly thrown skyward. This was supposed to be my "one year of juggling" video but since university didn't allow me to practice and record on time, some months have passed.

This is a test video by Mike Sharkey for the Canon 550d T2i. No post filters used, all effects done in-camera (other than ramping).
He wanted me to do some tricks for him, so he could try the slowmo and other cool features. I'm terribly out of practice, so there's nothing new trick wise. The quality is pretty amazing though!

A handful of 5 Ball Tennis variations.
The first of these is a pattern involving feet that resembles [44][22]3, then standard tennis, next is 7445555, and finally 7535555.
The foot thing could be more tennisy, and there are many other variations I could have added. I wanted to include all of the variations suggested (tongue in cheek) in the recDot post that instigated this video (753 & 663 w/outside 3s, and 645555 with the 6 caught and thrown crossed arm on one side). I recorded the 645555 pattern and some others that I thought of in a few runs, but decided to use this clip for now.
If there is interest in seeing more tennis variations, I may record a lot more of them.

Here's some technical juggling practice that I've done this last month or so. Lots of juggling with a head bounce, 8,9,10 rings, 8,9 balls, 7 clubs and some balance thrown in there. Hope you like it, I'll keep practicing!
