This video delves into families of siteswaps sharing the same throws. For each set of numbers every possible juggling pattern is juggled for 4 rounds.
Filming was done in front of Hanger One at NASA Ames. The music is an edited version of Welcome to Lunar Industries (Three Year Stretch) from the Moon OST by Clint Mansell.

Variations on the slam and shuffle juggling tricks. Filmed in the Gene Leahy Mall in Omaha, Nebraska. Slam variations with 3 balls, 4 balls and 3 clubs. Many tricks are original. Other tricks are inspired by Murakami, Dan Barron, Chris Hodge, Nick Laffey and Michael Falkov. Look out for same hand slams, and under arm slams, and 4 ball slam variations. Well this is a long video, mostly because of the intro though. i don't want to spoil anything in the description...but I have to in the tricks list, so get to at least like a minute in before reading this.
Like I said, I'm 2 days late, but that's because I was hanging out with the .org people on the 10th, and didn't get home until 4:00 on the 11th, and I had work at 5. Then the next day I wasn't home at all. So yea, I'm late, but I didn't use those late days to get more practice in.
When i get into the ball juggling, I've only been doing that for a little less then a week, so hopefully by next month I can make it consistent. Now for the spoilers:
3 Clubs: Invincible by Adelita's Way
3:15 - First double throw
4:18 - Constant under arm throws with the same club
4:23 - Chops
4:36 - Multiplex start
4:41 - Reverse chops
4:50 - Reverse cascade
4:56 - Double starting throw
5:06 - Double cascade
5:26 - Mill's mess
5:33 - Flat spin start
5:37 - Green club thrown with an opposite spin

Spirit Bomb Yo-Yo Trick Instructional Video demonstrated by Luke Renner. Note: this video uses a non-breakaway mount. The breakaway is the standard throw for the trick. If you're learning tricks for a sports ladder contest practice the breakaway toss to start the trick the other steps are the same. The forward pass throw used in this demonstration gives extra momentum and spin time for completing the trick. The audio is intentionally left out on this video.
Yo-Yo used in the demo is a Yoyofactory Speed Dial. Footage shot in Northwest New Mexico on 8/28/10 by Filmmakers George Thomas and Thomas LaRue. Trick details: Spirit Bomb is a yo-yo trick originated by Jeff Longoria. Trick name originates from the game Dragon Ball Z. The first bit didn't get recorded so I had to put it a little video in from a different performance of the same routine. This is a collection of video I shot over the years as I developed a routine around the tennis ball and can./nHere's my recollection of the history of 3 tennis balls and a tennis can: On easter of 1989 I was bored and picked up a can of tennis balls thinking, "I can probably throw all of the balls out of the can and then go into a 4 pattern that includes the can." I quickly discovered some of the centrifugal properties of the can and began developing a routine at the Celebration Barn with people like Fritz Grobe and Steven Ragatz helping to critique my idea. At the same time in another part of the world, Scott Slesnick had discovered the same prop, but was doing different things with it. Neither of us knew of the other for years, but when we met at an IJA convention in Vegas one year, we pieced together the rumors we had heard of each other and decided that we had both come up with it independently and had been spreading it around the world over the years.

my new trick. In theory, it starts with an impossible collision (where all three balls peak at the same time, at the same height - in theory) and tapping the outside balls to a rainbow and into three ball cascade.
