Stalling fishtails is a nice way to go into other moves and can be the saving grace when you cock them up. If the staff starts sliding off your hand go into a stall and strike some cheesy pose (everybody loves cheese) and then just carry on. Throws are quite nice from stalls but you can also go into a halo roll or many varients thereof

These can be done forwards and backwards. They arn't true elbow fishtails because there is only one beat of a fishtail at a time with other beats put in to get positioning. If anyone manages complete continuous elbow fishtails please let me know and i'll stick a vid up cos they are DAMN hard. The tricky bit of this move is getting your elbow across 180 fast enough to catch the fishtail but not so fast the staff flys off your elbow. (See also Reverse Elbow Fishtails)

There is an amazing house in Long Beach - it has a juggling room with dozens of clubs and three great passers living in the house. Adding a single visitor from abroad, that's all you need for a nice Bounceabout.

I deeply love bbb but I had to stop practicing it long ago (2008) due to sustained wrist injuries and alas there is no videos of me in my prime.
Adam inspired me to film a few old tricks at Turbo so tonight I grabbed my balls for the first time since 2011 and tried to film them. I managed to learn a new one and do another one for the first time ever! This video contains those, a few old 3bbb tricks and a few 4bbb clips from 2011 when I failed to start seriously again (you can see the evolution of my beard)./n It's been a pleasure to see the new kids push the boundaries and I have no regret, thanks to my injuries I've started rings and rarely look back upon my bbb days even though they were amazing moments. So it's with no shame that I announce my official retirement from the bbb world, have fun doing it, I'll the happy to join you for a few seconds once in a while. /nThanks a lot for all your support in my challenge with Norbi, I've got 90 new suscribers in 3 days and 700 to go in 10 days! Using a Hyperspin T Bearing diabolo, hope in Nature is featuring one of Hyperspins diabolo players. The lovely scenery in the video is filmed in Taiwan and Malaysia. As with most Hyperspin players, there are many original tricks using 1-2-3 diabolos. A must watch for diabolo enthusiasts aspiring to the Asian diabolo movement.

Manipulator passing pattern for four people. The base pattern is 4 count between two jugglers. Below is the Aidan notation for the pattern.
There is one round of four count and then the pattern begins
A: ps |ss |ps |ss | Becomes juggler B
B: ps |ss |cs |ss | Becomes juggler A
M: SA-B |SB-B |IA-B |CM-N | Becomes manipulator N
N: SB-A |SA-A |SB-A |SN-B | Becomes manipulator M
"ps":= pass self
"ss":= self self
"cs":= chop self
"SA-B":= Substitute from juggler A to juggler B
"IA-B":= Intercept from juggler A to juggler B (note that at an intercept instruction the juggler that was the destination of the club and the manipulator that performed the intercept change places)
"CM-N":= Carry from manipulator M to manipulator N

Hand balancer "Mostafa the Wazyr" appearing on "The Big Stage" which was a channel 5 TV show on UK TV, circa 1999/2000(ish) - Channel 5 reception was notoriously poor at the time, hence the snow picture. There may be other artifacts introduced by the VHS capture process.

Roundabout varient where one club has to remain over a certain point on the floor. Similar to tessabout in concept, but instead of a "lazy person" who wont move, there is a lazy club who won't traverse the gym. Possibly it had too much to eat at dinner.
