Throw Joy is 53 minutes of sledgehammer hitting ice-cream cake. I've been juggling for over 20 years, I love to practice overhand catches. My reactions are now finest tuned enough to catch almost anything that falls out of my cupboards or off my work tops. I even caught a fainting man once.

I don't have any videos. I accidentally brought my balls with me to the shower. It is very cramped in the bathroom and I've noticed my hair has grown quite long hence the translated title "much hair and no space. This is nothing special or even serious.

"The Hop" - Part 4 of the Pascal's Triangle (Green Triangle Yo-Yo Sequence). This is a fun move to "hop" into a Green Triangle mount. I know the title sounds a bit corny but why not use such a cool term? This is a compilation of me performing part of the tricks I've come up with in the last 3 to 4 months. The main purposes of this video are to introduce new concepts and share ideas of tricks and connections between them so please, don't criticise my lack of symmetry or the lack of endurance because I'm pretty aware of it.
