I'm Toddington from the UK. I started up Diabolo 9 months ago when I started travelling Sri Lanka and India. The internet was terrible so I've been learning from books until now. So glad to be in Japan now and finally find some inspiration online. Here is a video of my exploits so far./nI'm heading to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Canada next ... probably in that order. This is the third part of my "jam" series which consists of original passing tricks with jugglers who have a similar style to mine. Jorge Vilchis is the person who motivated me to start juggling clubs and that’s why he’s the perfect fit for this series. This is a video set to the Crystal Method track, "Weapons of Mass Distortion". It is intended for the juggling to be enjoyed WITH the music, rather than above it. This started as a rather obscure side project to my usual videos and only really got off the ground recently, when a friend wished me to help him learn how to use his camera. I'd like to thank him for filming most of the bushland scenes, and for drinking most of my coke...

This video was going to have a theme of tennising tricks, but then I got bored and just started screwing around. The result is a video made in a single day, and edited on that day too. I think it's actually pretty good! I tried to get a bit more synchronisation to the music too, and I think for the most part I've succeeded... Any comments would be much appreciated.

I REALLY hate wind. I seriously gave up on this video after I had about 30 minutes of footage but only 10 seconds of tricks, because the rest of the footage was of me waiting for the wind to die down so I can continue. I put my rings in the car then headed to a new area to do the contact juggling video. Then I found out the new area is blocked off with trees so there was barely any wind. So I went back and grabbed my rings and shot most of this video down there./nI always forget something, last month I forgot those behind the back catches, this month I forgot some multiplex 4 ring starting tricks. I should write down all the tricks I have to do before I head out.../nAs for this video, I like how it came out besides the choppiness when I do 4 and 5 rings./nThe song is Coming Undone by Korn.

Video & edit: Réka Bosznay /nThe whole project started as a lifestyle video in autumn, thanks to the last warm, sunny days. On a mild winter day we decided to continue and keep the recordings to make a one year long project season by season.
The recordings were take accidentally: we didn't have a script etc. Nevertheless I like how the result of one year of practicing is so visible.
