There are no prerequisites for learning headrolls, grab a ball and start practicing those stalls from day one./nStep 1 is semi-optional./nHead dents WILL occur, they are temporary and should be encouraged/nGood luck, these require patience but they are so so so worth it. This is the longest run I've ever had with the 7 ball cascade up to now. If anyone has tips how to improve the juggling technique or sth else, please comment. Because of the catching speed feels a bit too fast and tiring for me at the moment.
