Throw Joy is 53 minutes of sledgehammer hitting ice-cream cake. The result of 561 days spent making 6 clubs tricks, strapping cameras to trees, and filling 8 juggling notebooks with questionable ideas. The video not only includes the most hardcore juggling Wes has ever done with balls, clubs, and rings but keyboards, chairs, tripods, paintings, and wine bottles are also recklessly thrown skyward. I´m 15 years old girl juggler from Czech Republic.
I had a lot of trouble with editing this video, because my computer is very slow, so its name is Trouble.
It is made of some old clips I found in my coputer.
I don´t know how to delete the DIVX logo :(
It´s nothing extra, I know:
There is a bad lighting and location.
I move a lot while juggling.
Tricks are boring and simple.
Just some basic editing...
I just want to have some video before my big summer video...
The trick you can´t see because of the sun, is 5 ball shower :D

Another good move to start with, this is just a reverse elbow wrap followed by a forwards elbow wrap but in wall plane (spinning in front of you as if you were facing a wall). As with all contact, don't let go of the staf untill your hand is touching the contact point (in this case the outside of your elbow). This helps give a nice smooth contact roll. As the video shows this move can be done with hands apart (adding an extra beat) or together. It also leads nicly into pivots.
