I only just realized exactly how long it's been since my last big serious juggling video. WAYYY too long. So i cleared my schedule for last night and got to work editing one of the big video projects I had in the works, Android Hell 2. Showing off my improved angled surface apparatus, and showing all the new tricks I've managed to learn with it. Enjoy!

I'm back if anyone remembers me. I took a year long hiatus cause of school, other hobbies but mainly because I lost interest. After coming on randomly and watching some videos a little while back I was inspired to start diaboloing again (the limits of diabolos have been pushed a ridiculous amount this past year...). So this vid is just a coming back vid of some stuff from the past couple days of practice that I filmed. I also threw in some stuff that I've learned over the past year at the end of the video.

I deeply love bbb but I had to stop practicing it long ago (2008) due to sustained wrist injuries and alas there is no videos of me in my prime.
Adam inspired me to film a few old tricks at Turbo so tonight I grabbed my balls for the first time since 2011 and tried to film them. I managed to learn a new one and do another one for the first time ever! This video contains those, a few old 3bbb tricks and a few 4bbb clips from 2011 when I failed to start seriously again (you can see the evolution of my beard)./n It's been a pleasure to see the new kids push the boundaries and I have no regret, thanks to my injuries I've started rings and rarely look back upon my bbb days even though they were amazing moments. So it's with no shame that I announce my official retirement from the bbb world, have fun doing it, I'll the happy to join you for a few seconds once in a while. /nThanks a lot for all your support in my challenge with Norbi, I've got 90 new suscribers in 3 days and 700 to go in 10 days! In which Brook finally accepts Mark will never learn interesting siteswaps and they do a bunch of 1-count and 2-count. With apologies to the Highgate jugglers for my betrayal of ambidexterity!
Filmed in November 2016 when we didn't have to rehearse the passing routine for Camvention any more and enjoyed our freedom :)
Thanks to Mark for indulging me and filming, Danny for the terrible 4 way combo that took me over two years to get good enough to actually do (and some of the other ideas), and Jon for filming a little sequence with me.

This move is lots easier to do if you turn with the staff to slow down the spin. That said you will still probably hit yourself in the face learning it. When you are raising your arms back up to roll the staff down th inside of your arm, try to be as controlled as possible because that is the most likly place you will hurt yourself. Mind you if you already do staff another couple of knocks won't make any difference.

I've been working on collisions (as I like to call them) for about three years now. In essence it's when two (or more) balls hit each other. I've also been playing around with taps (where you tap the ball(s) with your hand); this video has most of the three ball tricks I've learnt.

First attempt at a tutorial. This is a super super useful trick for multiball bodyrolling and isn't all that hard, so its really worth learning it./nHope it can be of use to someone.

There are no prerequisites for learning headrolls, grab a ball and start practicing those stalls from day one./nStep 1 is semi-optional./nHead dents WILL occur, they are temporary and should be encouraged/nGood luck, these require patience but they are so so so worth it. I promise you./nSend me your tutorial requests.

without grasping the rope as it passes through the chest ???.
Resistance to balance two poi contact at the same time ???. when you discover what it really is hard to practice every day, you realize that everything is also more logical if you study.
for my hard work and the difficulty of the technique says a lot.
Shaolin kung fu has given me physical strength and mentally, also taught me a lot, so you end up never learn and that's the part that I like more because when you go harder everything becomes.

These are a nice varient of conveyor belts. First learn to do continuous. When the staff is falling off your last elbow, raise that elbow and bring your other elbow underneath to catch it by sort of hugging yourself. Give the staff a bit of a pop as it comes off so as to give yourself a little more time to catch it. When you've got that add the antispin by moving each point of the move to the antispin points (watch the video).

For me, the concept of a "Look Mum I made a juggling video" refers to a video that is made, not to introduce any new ideas to the juggling community, but rather made because it seems like the thing to do. That is why this film is entitled 'Dave's "Look Mum I Made A Juggling Video" Video'. This movie is intended as a parody on the "Look Mum" video genre. You probably won't learn any new tricks, but hopefully you'll have a good laugh. It should also be noted that this video features neither my true juggling potential nor my true personality. They are both facets of a character that I created for this movie. Enjoy.

I’m a 4th generation circus arts performer.I started juggling at age 12, my very first performance was in 2007,at age 14.
Improvements in the past few years:
I always consider my main goal to show something new, unique and special to the audience when I perform my act. I always try to improve, to get better in what I do. In the past few years, I improved my contemporary dancing skills, and learned a new style dance: dubstep. I also learned how to get better with the 7 balls, I learned to juggle 9 and 10 balls, and my main goal now is to be able to juggle with 11 balls as well.
