Angel Rolls

Sandy

Basically like an extended halo roll. Make sure the staff rolls down your arm and the spin isnt too fast. When the staff is on your back turn back like you would with a halo roll and hold out your arm, it should roll down the inside of your arm.

Wis en su tinta

Wis

Film made for a contest. Rules: - 40 seconds maximum - a red "sphere" should appear Malabares en su tinta is the best blog, http://www.malabaresensutinta.com/, about circus in Spanish, at least I like it a lot. Consequently more than 1000 times a mouse has clicked the always longed for 'like' button on facebook, https://www.facebook.com/malabaresensutinta. This is my contribution to the contest organized to celebrate it. The sexy camerawoman was: Agata Bednarz :* The amazing music is Earl by BadBadNotGood Recorded with a Oneplus One at 720p, forgot to change it :( The crime scene is: An old abandoned police building chosen this year to hold the periodic art exposition Survival. Survival happens once per year in Wrocław, a weekend. An old building or environment is filled with strange art, free entrance, the chance to see an abandoned closed place, drinking beer all around the place, juggling all around the place, and there are even DJs... This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. For weeks after that I was sore and tired fo

A pass pass self feeding 3 count scrambled style pattern. Lots of fun, moderate difficulty. After filming it was decided that there should be a style guide set to do the "zip zip" as behind the back and then in front.

Following on from last year's very successful Summer Circus Olympics, we are soon staging the SittCom Circus Easter Olympics. With 100 students participating in 15 events, covering 7 disciplines, it should prove to be a fantastic youth circus project.

The Steve

Sandy

Originally invented by Mushy Pea Steve this move was refered to as "that move Steve does" and became known simply as The Steve. Hold your arm out in front of you with the staff a little above your head. Spin the staff towards you so it will roll down your arm and release it just before the staff is pointing straight in front of you. As the staff rolls down your arm straighten your arm a little to allow a smoother roll and raise your arm up. When it gets to your shoulder raise that shoulder and drop the other so it keeps rolling. As it comes onto your second arm raise that arm with the staff to give it the momentum to get back to your hand.

How to bind you fire torches

petje-the-clown

Fire torches wear after long use, they should be bound with a new New wick. This video shows how you can bind torch again. Use grease for easy turning the screw, turn the wick without grease and it is impossible.

Matrix

Sandy

The matrix. It's hard. That's why everyone loves it. You can do the matirx in 2 ways, starting on the neck like I do or starting on the shoulder like meg does here. To distinguish the difference I call this version a full matrix because it goes fully around your body and not just under both arms. I personally prefer the full matrix (well I would wouldn't I) because I think it looks nicer but it's all a matter of oppinion. The secret to getting a matrix is to really lean. It takes a while to get and takes even longer (a lot longer) to get it solid. As with everything practice, practice, practice.

Lofi Body Rollin'

lucasadverse

This video is the result of me exploring body throws with clubs for over a year. It includes the best club tricks I’ve come up with since my last club video, and most tricks include shoulder, arm and leg rolls. I’ve been exploring these concepts because I feel like they haven’t been explored enough and I highly recommend you to try them out! Finally, I put a substantial amount of time and exploration into this so I hope you enjoy the tricks and help me share this video. Enjoy! Body Saucin'

lucasadverse

Don't get mixed-up, there's no sauce in the video. "To sauce" means to throw or to pass in Canadian slang (it comes from the saucer pass in hockey), so now it should make sense :) This video is the continuation of my 3 ball juggling experimentation and it mainly focuses on body throws, hence the title. Music: Defunk - Banjo Blues The Sound Providers - 5 minutes (ft. Procussions) Filmed at: Camosun College, Victoria (BC). Thanks for watching!

Right One: Aidan Burns' Scrambled V Variation (sC iC cC)

Ed_Clark

__1__2__3 A: ps ps ps ->B B: ps ss ps ->C C: ss ps ss -> A M: sC iC cC -> M The feeder is "A", the juggler to the feeder's left is "B" and the juggler to the feeder's right is "C". The feeder counts "1 2 3" to make it easier to keep track of where we are in the pattern. On beats 1 and 3, A (the feeder) and B exchange a pass. On beat 2, A and C exchange a pass. On 3, juggler B catches the pass and walks on four count (rotating the positions anti-clockwise). 1. "sC": The manipulator substitutes a self from C to C. 2. "iC": The manipulator (M) intercepts a the pass from A to C. The juggler who was C is the new manipulator, and reads from the manipulator line. The old manipulator, reads C's line. 3. "cC": The manipulator carries a club to C. This carry is performed as an over the shoulder move. All the jugglers are re-labeled and the new feeder starts counting the 3 passes.

Steve Matrix

Sandy

Different from a stevetrix and slightly easier. Do a steve and go into a matrix from your shoulder rather than your arm like you would a stevetrix. Do a matrix come out and steve back up your arm.
