In 2004 Jonathan Jolly released a DVD called Completing the Circle, a documentary about the UK juggling scene filmed over 6 months in 2003. It's a wonderful snapshot of the UK juggling scene at the time, with great footage from various conventions and interviews with many of the jugglers who were on the scene during this period.
Jonathan has now decided to make this lost project freely available to the juggling community.

I really, really wish that I didn't have that habit of sticking out my tongue when concentrating. Something to work on...

I can explain myself with this one. I did the toss juggling shots first since I had different locations and the wind wouldn't let me juggle for too long at a time. And the contact part was supposed to be like 2 straight runs. So after the juggling part was done, my battery was almost dead. So I quickly made the 2 runs (about 3 minutes each) and also shot some experimental tricks. I figured that would take all 4 minutes of my song....nope...after some editing it totaled about 2 minutes and 30 seconds...so I had to stretch it out./nSo this is pretty much an instructional video now. I threw in some names for the hard stuff so you can ask me about those if you have questions./nThe song is Familiar Taste of Poison by Halestorm. That song is dedicated to the last trick I do in this video, it's my poison.

I had a slow Sunday and decide to record myself juggling and spinning around my college, Irvine Valley College. I wanted to film around my school showing off some of the sculptures at the school. I am using my Red 90mm acrylic ball and some sock Poi./nI know that the editing is crappy and not that great and I do apologize for it. It was the best I was able to do with the footage I got. I promise to make any further videos better./nThe Music is by Kevin MacLeod and the song is Movement Proposition.

Contact juggling video from my travels in Japan. It's about the places i have been and things i did. i travelled around a lot of different cities, climbed mountains and volcano's and experienced lots of tasty foods. i hope that you enjoy this video.

without grasping the rope as it passes through the chest ???.
Resistance to balance two poi contact at the same time ???. when you discover what it really is hard to practice every day, you realize that everything is also more logical if you study.
for my hard work and the difficulty of the technique says a lot.
Shaolin kung fu has given me physical strength and mentally, also taught me a lot, so you end up never learn and that's the part that I like more because when you go harder everything becomes.

Contact Juggling, an ancient art recently codified and popularized by Michael Moschen, is as indefinable as it is magical. Rather than try to describe it, the community of ContactJuggling.org began this project to show you how each of us sees Contact Juggling.
