we went and made a video out of all the clips I took of him this past
week.

The 4th video in my tradition of after buying a new juggling prop, practicing with it for two days and then creating a video showcasing what I've come up with. This time the prop is shaker cups, compliments of my Dube sponsorship with JoJ, and I think that this is by far the best 48 hours prop I've tried so far. There's just so much in common with shakers and kendama/cigar boxes that they felt just nothing but natural.

I was the second person to do this after Bruce Sarafian, who at that time had not yet flashed 12 balls nor gotten past 11 catches with 11 balls.

Getting closer to my goal of 10 seconds.
The images at the start from left to right are Enrico Rastelli (1920s), Leon Rabello (1936) and Paolo Bedini (1943).
The machine learning shows a genetic algorithm evolving a multi-layer perceptron neural network controller to perform the balance in 2 dimensions. A 2D rigid-body physics engine was used for the simulation. The performance of each trial was assessed based on the time balanced and the average 'uprightness' of the stack over the duration of the balance.

The Wally-Walk was created by the juggling group, Manic Expressions, who came from our home, Appalachian State, and won the national team passing championship in 1987 (somewhere around there). I wanted to show also some new ideas that i work on, so some patterns are clean some are not.
New techniques used in here:
- quarter spins
- individual changes of the starting point (point of control)
- 1/8 spins (the diagonal spin-spin & anti-spin, the "cross" & the "X")
- perpendicular spin-spin and anti-spin
- advanced phantom patterns using the techniques above
