The technique and the presicion in addition to a constant study to carry out the site numerology waps of both sides, a resistance of the trick is equivalent to that the trick in itself is clean, much effort, too many hours, too to train to train, and to continue to train everything. I hope the video likes and inspires many people.

Throw Joy is 53 minutes of sledgehammer hitting ice-cream cake. The result of 561 days spent making 6 clubs tricks, strapping cameras to trees, and filling 8 juggling notebooks with questionable ideas. I was training in Stockholm in the now, during the summer abandoned circus hall. I decided to film one day and this is the result. It's basically just technique I am working on lately./nAnd there's a bonus material of the most un-clean 7 club flash in the history of juggling! :)

The final part of the "Rhythm" trilogy, palm spinning as graphic manipulation.
I wanted to show also some new ideas that i work on, so some patterns are clean some are not.
New techniques used in here:
- quarter spins
- individual changes of the starting point (point of control)
- 1/8 spins (the diagonal spin-spin & anti-spin, the "cross" & the "X")
- perpendicular spin-spin and anti-spin
- advanced phantom patterns using the techniques above
In this video there are 2 Phantom Patterns analyzed in four different ways each (4 balls, 3 balls, 2 balls same colour and 2 balls different colour):
