drjuggler

In March 2005, jugglers in Perth, Australia, decided to make a video of their juggling exploits. To what end? dunno. But, now, it is finished and we can get on with our lives. Homespun is a movie that features various types of juggling at several well-known Perth locations.

I came up with this theme after I realized that me and my audience like 2 different types of things, most of the time anyway (of course there are exceptions). I like small number, smooth and flowy stuff, not necessarily easy, but stuff I can do with 95% confidence. My audience, from what I gathered in public practices and youtube comments, they like the stuff I can sometimes do on a good day. Originally this was going to be a my favorites and best videos. But really, my favorites are what I like, the best is what you like./nSo I hope you like my videos! Make sure to watch part 2 after!

CHILLelagh

Timaeschulze

Songs: Casiokids - Fot I Hose Cake - Love You Madly Sunshine – Top! Top! The Radio! The Underground Railroad To Candyland – Square Ball During our summer vacations, Dennis, Aaron and Niklas visited Tim, Mokai and Tobi in the biggest and most awesome city – if you still do not know it, it’s Wolfsburg We came up with the idea of the title while chilling. Suddenly, three little yellow aliens with purple feet and white spots took us in their spaceship and yelled at us: CHILLelagh!! CHILLelagh! We were not able to resist the awesomeness of these little creatures, ‘cause they cut off our ears and made a drink out of them and drank it while eating a self-made bagel. After this little conversation, we took “CHILLelagh” as the title and they beamed us home, but not without handling back our ears in a jar. Monobolo prototype 2007

Samuli

Monobolo is one sided diabolo that really works. This is old prototype of it. I wanted to make act with like 20 monobolos in similar way that you spin plates on a stick but with one sided diabolos, I also wanted to be able to do regular diabolo tricks with those as well. I knew there wasn't prop for that in stores so I asked Jürgen Kreisz to do that kind of thing because I really liked his diabolo kits. I think he had plans for that kind of thing already... Anyway I got the prototype and this is basicly first test video of it. Nothing special. Then Jürgen made more and we sold many in FDC. While selling these things we gave it a name monobolo. And that is sweet. Fun toy. I haven't made the act I planned, I bet it would be boring and stupid.

Trap N' Roll (One Year of Club Juggling)

lucasadverse

I decided to try clubs and this is a compilation of all the best doable ideas I had in one year of practice. Most of these ideas involve traps and rolls because I've always thought this style of club juggling looks dope thanks to the people mentioned in the video. I would like to especially thank Jorge Vilchis and Yerel Ahumada who are two great friends of mine who helped me in the beginning. I started by following their styles and I wouldn't have created most of my tricks if it wasn't for them. Lastly, I would like to point out that the reason I progressed so fast was that I focused on these types of tricks, and because of that I can't even do backcrosses or juggle 4 clubs LoL. Types of Yo-Yos - Part 2 of 2: Shapes - Luke Renner

stringslingernm

Primary yo-yos used in the demonstration by Luke Renner were created by: Russell, Playmaxx, Tom Kuhn, Monarch and includes a generic red & yellow plastic yo-yo (cameos by Hummingbird & Duncan). Studio footage filmed by Andrew Gomez in Northwest New Mexico 12/30/09 and footage filmed by Steve Renner 1/3/10. Yo-yo topic covered in this instructional video is the different types of primary yo-yo shapes. The three covered are traditional, slimline/midline/Russell and butterfly yo-yos. Includes the a possible origin of the butterfly yo-yo. This is the second of a two part series. Note: The Russell shape is included with the slimline/midline group; however this shape is considered unique enough to have its own category. Music is a public domain jazz loop by Florian.
