Disco Phil created a video using a variety of footage while practising some tricks and routines. The video was actually created especially for a family member's own personal "Come Dine With Me" entertainment, and has been personalised for several other uses... This specific copy is the generic version... A tiny bit easier than a matrix because you are turning into the staff. Look at the points you need to start turning, they are when you start leaning back to get it under the arm. Again very hard to get smooth.

Different from a stevetrix and slightly easier. Do a steve and go into a matrix from your shoulder rather than your arm like you would a stevetrix. Do a matrix come out and steve back up your arm.
