I came up with this theme after I realized that me and my audience like 2 different types of things, most of the time anyway (of course there are exceptions). I like small number, smooth and flowy stuff, not necessarily easy, but stuff I can do with 95% confidence. My audience, from what I gathered in public practices and youtube comments, they like the stuff I can sometimes do on a good day. Originally this was going to be a my favorites and best videos. Each year, the University of Bath's Juggling and Circus Skills Society, Gravity Vomit, perform in Show In A Week - A performance by all Arts Societies where everyone is given a week to come up with a show. The theme for 2007 was Horror.

Gravity Vomit presents "GV64, a tribute to video games of the 90s", our entry for Show in a Week, "I ♥ 90s" theme. Recorded on 31 October 2009, taken from the official DVD.
For those who don't know, show in a week is an annual event at Bath University. The arts societies have one week from the theme being announced to cast, write, and rehearse their entry. It always proves to be fun and stressful!

This video was and still is one of my prouder accomplishments, mostly because it was released during a time when videos were downloaded and not streamed. They were also fewer and far between, and I think this is truly one of the first juggling music videos, in which the lyrics of the song were used to inspire content.
At the time it was released, I won a lot of praise on rec.juggling and despite tons of videos released since then, people still send me e-mails requesting a link to this video. And honestly, I think "Heart of a Champion" will always feel like personal theme music to me.
Enjoy and thanks to the wonderful community of jugglers, without whom it wouldn't be worth putting in all the effort to share something like this.

This is my first entry for the first World Juggling Video Federation (WJVF) contest. The theme is "Traces of Plagiarism"... I was worried that I wasn't going to have enough time to make the video I'd been planning to make, so I whipped this one up in an hour or so.

Throw in tricks were a bit of a theme... as was Pingu.
Also, we got 1 round of the first galloped manipulator pattern where everybody gets to be in every position. More galloped manipulator patterns (and more rounds) will follow.

This video was going to have a theme of tennising tricks, but then I got bored and just started screwing around. The result is a video made in a single day, and edited on that day too. I think it's actually pretty good! I tried to get a bit more synchronisation to the music too, and I think for the most part I've succeeded... Any comments would be much appreciated.

In case you are wondering why everything's so Japanese about the video, the reason is because we wanted to convey the message that we are very influenced by their juggling in a different way. The main idea of the video is not to copy tricks from Japanese people, but to show variations and tricks that we made based on their tricks. The second part of the video is coming soon and won't have Japan as a theme. Thanks so much for watching!
