A game branded as Gyro Ring in the past, here is a fabulously addicting prop composed of five brass washers (beads) strung onto a stainless steel ring.
To activate this prop you spin the brass beads and turn the larger ring to keep them going in perpetual activity. The ring can then be manipulated in various ways to perform a large range of tricks! This is a improv set slowed to 1/2x.
These rings were popular in Japan and New Zealand circa 1995-1997 but remained widely unknown to much of the rest of the world. A small selection of high quality rings are available online at my website SlingTrue.org

Juggling in the summer, hence the pun. You see, it is some juggling but also summer juggling. We decided to combine these two concepts into a single some/summer based pun and ended up with Some(er) Juggling. That way, you can choose to read it as "Some Juggling" or "Summer Juggling". This seems to be the best title compromise overall. Punny, no? Also it is important to note that at about 3:20 Alex was not hit! Ricky is not a malicious hitter of peoples

Well this is a long video, mostly because of the intro though. i don't want to spoil anything in the description...but I have to in the tricks list, so get to at least like a minute in before reading this.
Like I said, I'm 2 days late, but that's because I was hanging out with the .org people on the 10th, and didn't get home until 4:00 on the 11th, and I had work at 5. Then the next day I wasn't home at all. So yea, I'm late, but I didn't use those late days to get more practice in.
When i get into the ball juggling, I've only been doing that for a little less then a week, so hopefully by next month I can make it consistent. Now for the spoilers:

A fun video of spring break, nothing to serious or full of effort but some nice tricks nonetheless. Most of the footage is from my trip to Oakland where I got to juggle with Shawn, Kyle and the rest of the people at the Vulcan and the Vagabond Ballroom. Hurray for nudists and juggling, two things that go oh so well together.
The beard section in the middle is to make Sondre happy or disturbed depending on how he takes it.

I got 3 diabolo suns! Now I can get them nearly everytime, but please will somedoby please tell me how to do 3 diabolo shuffles? I find them harder than the sun, if you'll believe that. I finally got a hover sart as well, and the other day I got 16 or so otts.

Synthetic is a film displaying the new work of Wes Peden. The material was inspired, in a concrete way, by the strength of each prop and how to best take advantage of these qualities. The general aesthetic of the juggling was particularly influences by asymmetry, clarity, and trick shape.

A few years ago i filmed this basic Table Juggling tutorial.
The original idea was to push other jugglers to practice and film more advanced tricks inspired in using surfaces instead of air (more objects, longer periods, passing, bounce or roll...) I think the possibilities are amazing!
If you want to watch really complex table juggling there is a chapter in Social Siteswaps DVD by Gandini Juggling called Tables in Madrid that i filmed with my friend Daniel Shultz where we pass some period 10 tricks and some huge amount of objects and hard siteswaps.
