Ed Clark's "Minued", performed by Aidee Castro, Rhonda Murray, and Will Murray of Long Beach. The Minued is a pass-pass-self takeout pattern with a basic cycle of 9 beats. Each person takes a turn as the manipulator and then the pattern repeats in a mirror image, so one full cycle takes 54 beats. This video is just under two full cycles. This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. A tiny bit easier than a matrix because you are turning into the staff. Look at the points you need to start turning, they are when you start leaning back to get it under the arm. Again very hard to get smooth.

Just a single trick because I can't really do an edit right now (I have RSI or something). From big cup, the trick goes: juggle to lighthouse - fast-hand big cup - big cup juggle - 2x arm bounce - spike - earth turn to bird fly over the valley - fast-hand 1-turn lunar - spike.

the Boscombe Spinners Circus Club did a lot more in March , the weather turned lovely agin and we ventured back outside where we belong, and onto the beach again for fire spinning, Ruby the hoop was Christened and partner poi was learnt. lots more fun to come people!

Salaryman - A full length video combining contact bodyrolling, finger stalls and mixed props (Renegade Design Lab).
I've made plenty of videos up until now but I felt like creating something more substantial for a change. The idea came several months ago during a very low point at my job (basically a lack of anything to do), so I've used all that pent up energy and frustration and decided to create some new ideas and see if I could take contact juggling somewhere that maybe hasn't been explored before. Theres plenty more to be done but this is a first step towards where I would like to be with my juggling in the future.
I'm not interested in asking people to pay to watch or for donations (it just wouldn't feel right), I simply ask that if you like what you see, please share it! As long as it gets around and (hopefully) inspires somebody then it has done it's job.

This is my BYJOTY juggling act for 2016, which was my final year of entering since I'm currently 20 years old. Fire torches wear after long use, they should be bound with a new New wick.
This video shows how you can bind torch again.
Use grease for easy turning the screw, turn the wick without grease and it is impossible.

here is a little routine we put this together for the school talent show Art of Movement is made of me and 2 of my friends combining diabolo, popping, and breaking vid is from the rehearsal because the vid from the actual show didn’t turn out so well but it was more or less the same bit low quality and yeah.. i messed up a few times at the end =/ but oh well pls give me some comments and suggestions

This is an angel roll with a jesus in the middle, and since a jesus consists of a halo roll and a front side halo roll hence holy trinity (angel, jesus and halo). When the angel roll is coming across your back you need to turn quite fast to get into the jesus. If you get the jesus the exit isn't too hard, just hold out your arm like you would normally for an angel roll.

As you can see in the vid the right leg works very much like the left arm in a conveyorbelt. When you get the staff onto the foot you need to turn into the staff so you end up in backwards fishtails. Once your into the fishtails you really need to turn your whole body each half beat to get it smooth (no easy task when your balancing on one leg and trying not to make jerky movements with the other).
