since one year i can do 3 diabolos, and a day boring i decide to check wath can i do after one year with 3d and here is it, i can also five or six 42 and minicolums i get sometimes tow rounds but i dont practice them often i put allso some tricks hwo i often land but this day they dosnt want to work, i didnt expend time for film it or editing, even...enjoy!

This was my first and only endurance practise session. I do juggle often and for a long time but I thought endurance was quite boring. But because some friends asked me to do endurance I finally took one afternoon and what you can watch right now is the third of three tries of 7 ball cascade endurance run.

I filmed this during a practise session yesterday. All the clips together are a little story, whenever I film a pracitse session from now on I will continue the story from where I stopped in the last video.
Somtimes I skipped parts of the story (e.g. when I am at a differerent place in the next clip suddenly. This would be too boring to watch, so it's a story where some parts are missing. You will know what I mean if you watch the video ;))

LINKS: TITLE: Counting Escalator Steps IDEA: Stale bread boring and i never want my juggling to be a synonym for it. So i am trying to use what i find in juggling quickly and get on to the next thing to keep it interesting for me and other juggling enthusiasts. So i felt like i needed to make this video so the juggling didn't get forgotten and lost. (see PROCESS from more pretentiousness) HOW TO: For best results view film in full screen in a dark room with sound canceling headphones at least 2 hours after eating and no more than 15 minutes after reading fiction. Monobolo is one sided diabolo that really works. This is old prototype of it. I wanted to make act with like 20 monobolos in similar way that you spin plates on a stick but with one sided diabolos, I also wanted to be able to do regular diabolo tricks with those as well. I knew there wasn't prop for that in stores so I asked Jürgen Kreisz to do that kind of thing because I really liked his diabolo kits. I think he had plans for that kind of thing already... Anyway I got the prototype and this is basicly first test video of it. Nothing special. Then Jürgen made more and we sold many in FDC. While selling these things we gave it a name monobolo. And that is sweet. Fun toy. I haven't made the act I planned, I bet it would be boring and stupid.

This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. For weeks after that I was sore and tired fo

Doug Sayers wins convincingly with a time of over 6 minutes. Due especially to the length, you might find that this video gets boring. Also, my camera work is lousy at times. And yet, I post this anyway in case someone wants to check it out.

Going through as many variations of finger stall that I can think of. In a few cases I just did the index and middle fingers as putting them all in would take forever and be pretty boring to watch too. If anyone has any more ideas for different stalls let me know please!
