This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. Performance at the flow show, special stage EJC 2016:
Starting a dream, enjoying the moment and enable the flow. This is the aim of the show which explores the combination of toss juggling tricks and rolling tricks. The focus is on performing space filling contemporary ball tricks while minimising movements and thereby highlighting the space which is created by the paths of the manipulated balls.

The first real day of spring. A steel door, monkey shirt and some hoop isolation. Some experiments with speed changes and hoop isolations so a lot of sloppy isos. hope you like it. Probably the last iso video in a while, i dropped my acrylic hoop and broke it :(

Viewpoints is a video experiment for a future project I'm starting to work on.
The idea is to play around with the camera position and the playback speed while trying to utilise the music track to enhance the visuals.
This video is just a rough experiment. It's not filmed in a nice location, I'm wearing my day to day clothes and everything was filmed without having any clear idea of how it would be used.

As a continuation to my “jam” video series, I was able to collab with another prominent Mexican juggler during my study abroad experience in Mexico. This time I have a female juggler for the first time in this series, and I am very honoured that this juggler is La Flaka. La Flaka is known for being the first (or only) juggler in the history to explore the top-of-the-head balance in the midst of tricks. Before her, jugglers had done patterns while holding that club balance, but no one was ever able to actually integrate the top-of-the-head balance with different siteswaps and body rolls. After hanging out with the Unicirclo Laguna crew in Monterrey for a week, I noticed the potential for modern passing tricks with her and I decided to visit them once again in order to record this video. Thank you Tinoco, Flaka and Leonardo Icaza for making this possible and for being extremely kind and welcoming!

I call them "siteswap pinch-ups." I don't think they have been described before.

Grip: - Pull the 2nd and 4th ring to the side.
- If the rings are too wide, grap the bottom ring and
shake the rings so they fall in the right position
-Hold the bottom ring loosely./nThrow/Catch: - Make a pre-swing.
- Throw the rings in a straight line.
- Catch the first 2 rings while they are still
high in the air

I deeply love bbb but I had to stop practicing it long ago (2008) due to sustained wrist injuries and alas there is no videos of me in my prime.
Adam inspired me to film a few old tricks at Turbo so tonight I grabbed my balls for the first time since 2011 and tried to film them. I managed to learn a new one and do another one for the first time ever! This video contains those, a few old 3bbb tricks and a few 4bbb clips from 2011 when I failed to start seriously again (you can see the evolution of my beard)./n It's been a pleasure to see the new kids push the boundaries and I have no regret, thanks to my injuries I've started rings and rarely look back upon my bbb days even though they were amazing moments. So it's with no shame that I announce my official retirement from the bbb world, have fun doing it, I'll the happy to join you for a few seconds once in a while. /nThanks a lot for all your support in my challenge with Norbi, I've got 90 new suscribers in 3 days and 700 to go in 10 days!
