Round 4 Turntable Penguin Base Cup Bird Tap (to a catch)

A string trick combining several string tricks. Mostly training for 7toSpike and practicing a bit of flow./npinwheeled stopover > reverse direction > swirl > antispin > handroll to big cup > base cup > Spike

Starting off with the base pattern of rotating 2 count 4 count feed, we then add the maniuplators to do 3B (Brook in blue t-shirt the B maniuplator, Steve in black t-shirt the 3 manipulator). Every 30 beats you get back to the start, and so every 30 beats the B/V manipulator (Brook at this point) switches to the other pattern and the 5 people do around of 3B/3V. We do 3B/3V/3B/3V and then try to exit the pattern. Place the inside of the elbow against the forehead and duck your head down out of the hat. The little drop to the side in the video clip is based on a move normally done with plates. This trick links nicely to levitation.

The Tilos Company presents the show "A pair for two", a duet based on diabolo passing with only one pair of sticks and one diabolo. The choice to make a whole act with such a few number of juggling props is a really intersting constraint that leads to an original technical research and brings the diabolo passing in a way no mutch developped.

The manipulators in this pattern are dependent, as clubs are taken by one manipulator and replaced by the other. 4 count static Y base, with B at the back of the Y, D in the middle of the Y, A on the left of the Y (from the point of view of D and B) and C on the right. In case you are wondering why everything's so Japanese about the video, the reason is because we wanted to convey the message that we are very influenced by their juggling in a different way. The main idea of the video is not to copy tricks from Japanese people, but to show variations and tricks that we made based on their tricks.
