I know the title sounds a bit corny but why not use such a cool term? This is a compilation of me performing part of the tricks I've come up with in the last 3 to 4 months. The main purposes of this video are to introduce new concepts and share ideas of tricks and connections between them so please, don't criticise my lack of symmetry or the lack of endurance because I'm pretty aware of it.

C-Whip. This trick baffled me completely. So I went to the bare basics and looked at "Knees", the second book from The Void and Donald Grant. Coming from a ZERO juggling background, string tricks have eluded me for the past 6.5 years of playing Kendama. Until now....

Just a single trick because I can't really do an edit right now (I have RSI or something). From big cup, the trick goes: juggle to lighthouse - fast-hand big cup - big cup juggle - 2x arm bounce - spike - earth turn to bird fly over the valley - fast-hand 1-turn lunar - spike.

I recently gave myself the challenge of finding, learning, and filming a new balance trick each day for a week. Each one was posted on my Instagram (http://bit.ly/Norbinstagram) and Facebook.

I've been in grad school for 18 months now and it's been a difficult trip. Certainly more time consuming than undergrad but after the first semester I managed to find time to balance life out a bit more, resume volunteer work and circus training. The tricks in this video were mostly filmed over Thanksgiving and Christmas break and almost entirely involve backcrosses with clubs mainly because that's what I'm most excited about sharing at the moment. My knees gave me some problems several years ago and it's made me too paranoid about re-injuring them to do 360 tricks on an un-waxed floor. It's not any loss to the viewer as I haven't learned any new spin tricks in a long time. This is not to say I don't give them the effort, just that I haven't improved on them for a while. There are 360 tricks I could do in high school that I can't do much better these days despite the 6 years of practice that have passed. There are no balls in the video because I couldn't find a way to film them clearly and there is not

Been practising this trick for 2-3 months now with 4 rings and it's starting to be very solid. Just recently I added the 5th ring and it's starting to run as well! :)/nPlan is to perform it with 5 rings with a run of 10 bounces/20 catches within a year from now! A little free performance I did at the JJF. I didn't have much time to make it but I tried to throw in some harder stuff than my championship routine to test it out. Gonna work on completely new tricks for next year and keep them out of videos so there's a bit more impact when seeing them, a lot of this stuff has been done to death now.

This was my selection video for the Japanese Juggling Festival championships. Unfortunately, I just found out it wasn't good enough to get through...in case you were wondering, up to 2 or 3 misses is generally fine, I felt like the end was small enough to forgive. As for next year, I'll try again, and now this vid is out there I need some harder tricks...

I visited DPRK in September 2013 and was lucky enough to see the Mass Games twice. The show has around 100,000 performers and it tells the story of The Korean Revolution through synchronised dance, gymnastics and acrobatics. The giant picture on the far side of the stadium is created by 20,000 children, all with books of coloured cards, each book containing up to 170 pages. The scene at the start is their warm up. The show runs each year from July to September or October; you can watch as many videos online as you like, but to truly appreciate it, it's best to see it live.

Hi!
As I get better and better at this trick I decided to make a quick video with the few first variations I'm doing and some practice tips.
I hope that this will inspire some people to start practicing it, as I only know of very few who can do it.
I included a list of people that I know of below, if you know more feel free to msg me or comment on the video.
Also, if you have ideas for other variations then I would love to hear those!

Two poles of different lengths balanced simultaneously on the head, as well as some other balancing tricks. This is know as a dual or twin inverted pendulum in control systems engineering. In the first 2 clips I use a long pole that is 4 times the length of the short pole. In the 3rd clip the long pole is only 3 times as long and is more difficult. The poles fit together in sections so that I can pack them in my bag. They're made from a cheap Argos wardrobe. The ball on the end of the long pole is mainly there to make the end more visible. I'm using rubber chair leg feet at the bottom end of the poles.
