This is my summer 2010 juggling video. Unlike my last one, this thing is just juggling, none of those other distractions. The summer went a little off plan and for that reason I didn't get to juggle nearly as much as I had intended to. /nMy biggest problem was that I decided I was going to run 50 miles on August 1st. So all through June and July I was running a lot. . . like way more than you should, about 80 to 100 miles a week. Most every day I was juggling for a few hours, then running for a few hours, then studying for a few hours, then eating for a while. It turns out that it's bad for your body to do that. I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks while I was eating 10,000 calories a day. As a result I wound up really immune compromised and I got shingles in late July. Shingles in very painful so I had to stop running and at that point I gained about a pound a day for almost 2 weeks. For those of you who have never experienced rapid weight fluctuations, they suck. no hay mucho que decir para este video trate de crear un estilo propio de buscar esas convinaciones que inbolucraran muchos lances distintos y por distintas partes del cuerpo esta echo con mucho corazon y mucho trabajoo de entrenamiento, mucha experimentacion pero sobre todo con mucho amor al malabar

Some juggling and poi whilst on a beach in the South of Spain. If you look into the distance you can just about make out the coast of Morocco./nYet another random dog decided to be my audience... Seriously - dogs must hate me!/n(Ps. What a sunset!!)

Aidan Burns' Scrambled V Variation (cA sA iA)
The feeder is "A", the juggler to the feeder's left is "B" and the juggler to the feeder's right is "C". The feeder counts "1 2 3" to make it easier to keep track of where we are in the pattern. On beats 1 and 3, A (the feeder) and B exchange a pass. On beat 2, A and C exchange a pass. On 3, juggler B catches the pass and walks on four count (rotating the positions anti-clockwise).
1. "cA": The manipulator carries a club to A.
2. "sA": The manipulator substitutes a pass from C to A.
3. "iA": The manipulator (M) intercepts a the pass from B to A.
The juggler who was A is the new manipulator, and reads from the manipulator line. All the jugglers are relabeled and the new feeder starts counting the 3 passes.
We start the pattern with an unmanipulated pass on beat 1 and on beat 2 with sA.
Once the pattern is running the sA happens while M stands close to the Feeder. It is still a substitution, but Feedee C really has to pass to M.

This is my first submission for the 2011 IJA Video Tutorial Contest.
