I practised single backcrosses for quite a while now and there was a request concerning the next song in my next juggling video :P
So, here you can see my current 3 club single backcross record which is sth between 60 and 70 catches =)

This is my first submission for the 2011 IJA Video Tutorial Contest. Most jugglers think that poi spinners are smelly freaks who go to the desert to listen to trance music, but hopefully after watching this you will also see that those of us who choose to can create some quite difficult and technical tricks. /nIf you like my video please vote for it at www.juggle.org between April 1st and 4th. The feeder is A and the feedees are B (on A's left) and C. The feeder counts 1 2 3. On 1 and 3, A and B exchange a pass. On 2, A and C exchange a pass. On 3, B catches the pass and walks over by A, rotating the positions.
1. "iA": The manipulator M intercepts a pass from B to A. The juggler who was A becomes the manipulator, and reads from the manipulator line. The old manipulator reads A's line.
2. "cC": The manipulator carries a club to C.
3. "sB": The manipulator substitutes a pass from A to B (catches the pass and hands in a different club). Then all the jugglers are re-labeled (but not the manipulator) and the new feeder starts counting the 3 passes.

Grip: - Pull the 2nd and 4th ring to the side.
- If the rings are too wide, grap the bottom ring and
shake the rings so they fall in the right position
-Hold the bottom ring loosely./nThrow/Catch: - Make a pre-swing.
- Throw the rings in a straight line.
- Catch the first 2 rings while they are still
high in the air

Haymaker Yo-Yo Trick -Luke Renner. A trick that is fun to perform and features various catches. The Haymaker requires a non-responsive yo-yo. The yo-yo used by Luke Renner is the MagicYoYo N8. Special Thanks to MagicYoYo in Shenzen! String is 50/50 slick string courtesy of Shannon Jackson. Filmed outside in Northwest New Mexico in August 2012. The outside wind speed when the trick was filmed was around 6mph from the NW. The Haymaker is much easier to perform indoors without the wind factor. Music courtesy of Stuart and the Juice Tigers.
