Evgeni Biljauer (b. 1947) was one of the 3 top Russian solo jugglers in the latter part of the 20th Century. This clip is from a TV special called The Great Russian Circus Spectacular. I don't know the actual date, but his age (and clothes) put it in the early 1970s. 5 clubs; 4 clubs & ball; 3 large balls; 8 rings with a balance; 3 clubs This is the same clip as JTV#163, only in colour.

2 young boys from Beijing (Peking) Acrobatic Troupe juggling china jars/pots at 10th Cirque de Demain 1987. Gold medal. Jar juggling is a traditional Chinese acrobatic form, but is more commonly done as a solo act. Doing it in duo opens up lots of possibilities.

Solo female Chinese acrobat performing with tridents. I do not know which troupe she is from. This skill is sometimes called Fei-cha. It is a traditional Chinese acrobatic form. The tridents have loose elements at the head, which creates the characteristic jangling noise. From a video titled Beijing Magic Shows.

I strayed away from my faster, electronica-based, style of editing to pursue something more relaxed in my last few videos. For my first personal video of the year (and my first ever solo video as director and not cameraman), I wanted to revisit this style with my recent progress in videography.
